Darnell at the Newport RI store was super fantastic and very knowledgeable. His customer service is stupendous! I'd give him a raise, he was the only one working and while we had to wait for phones to switch over to new phones he was helping 3 others customers so no one had to wait. He's a valuable team member for AT&T. I have no problem going back to the store if I ever need anything. Best experience I had with a AT&T store or online in the over 20 years I've been with AT&T.

Tyler was fantastic. Deserves his title as manager and more so. Went above and beyond, saving us money on our plan and outlining details about our ATNT membership to us through writing. A great person with a good personality, a model employee for ATNT. Deserves a raise.

Bought new iPhone, Initial experience seemed positive but realized after left store that we had been coned. Salesman said we would get a $10 credit per month for tradein; got $0. Salesman added Protect Advantage @$10.20 per month which we did not authorize. Also added Next Up @$6.00 per month ; again we did not authorize. We expected a straight forward honest approach from Tyler ; we did not get it.
