This bank used to be an excellent resource for small businesses in the area but it has lost its connection with its customers as it has grown and its leadership has changed. What was first name in-person service became call center service. Easy customer service issues are now challenging to resolve and the customer pays the price. I’ve had up to 8-9 accounts there at one time. Tomorrow I close what remains of them.

They refuse to lock a rate until day of closing. If you are looking for a mortgage, don’t waste your time here.

After being with the bank for years and even working for them for almost 5 years, I will be moving my funds out as soon as the CDs mature.. had fraud on one account and being a banker knew to get a stop on it and they refused to help with the stop fee. then a gym took out before they even opened on an account that doesn't keep much balance and got a fee and they refused to help because it wasn't their error. there was a time where they did "help". even bigger banks at least help out once in a while.. no empathy showed and have a nice day.

I"ve had many banks for business and personal accounts, and this one is my favorite. Friendly employees who recognize you when you come in, and also fair rates and great service.

One of the worst Banks I have ever dealt with. No communication, and Very un professional . Can't imagine why they are still in business

I was told that I looked "suspicious" by a bank teller (mid 40's Military retiree here) and demanded I show him my ID-to put a check into someone else's account. I informed him my ID was in my car and again asked why I needed it and he said "you look suspicious and because I told you, that's why". The teller then threw my check back and said he was done with me. I went one one teller down who apologized several times and tried making excuses for the other tellers abhorrent behavior. The original teller continued to yell that I was a liar and when I told him to please stop speaking to me, he continued to yell. The 2nd employee then went to get her manager who not only didn't apologize but asked if I had misheard him or even provoked him somehow. When I asked about customer satisfaction, she said "well I'll defend my employee over a stranger any day". She then asked what I do and when I said retired Military, she smiled and said "typical". At this point I left and my money will be leaving too.
