Nothing but good things to say.I stopped by the shop while visiting Newport and picked up 3 great looking shirts. When I got home I noticed the shirts were a little small and needed to size up. I reached out and got a response almost instantly telling me to send them back for an exchange free of charge despite not having my receipt. Jeff Marlowe was super helpful and responsive, would recommend anyone to check out what they have to offer!

The hoodie I got was incredibly faulty, there were holes that I missed before buying it. This is unacceptable, I didn’t have super high expectations but I expected it to at least not have holes in it. It’s pretty overpriced and yea I don’t recommend.

If I could give a 0 start I would. This place has rodents and is very uncomfortable to be in. The bosses don’t seem to care nor seem to even try to act like they care when a complaint is put in. definitely don’t recommend. Would have just been a better trip for me if I didn’t go at all. I have heard good things but it was not as expected.

Every year that I come down to Newport I stop at bite me bait and it’s always the same clothes and the same logos. To add onto that, the store is freezing and I have seen multiple mice and other small rodents running across the store floors. Their customer service is horrible and overall I do not recommend going to this store.

Horrible treatment towards employee, have them work without heating in winter time and uses them as bite to obtain hidden benefits. If you want to get cheated and abuse go work there, they think they are living in slavary still

Visited Sunday June 14th, 7:00PM. Horrible Customer Service Experience at extremely high prices. Was told not to touch or unfold the merchandise. This is after spending a fortune on just 2 t-shirts. And continued with abusive comments as my girlfriend and I walked out. Another customer commented that he had an equally horible experience and that it was not the first or second time he's heard it. She basically chased us out of the store. If you like being abused at high prices feel free. A bad hire will destroy ba reputable business. We will gladly shop elswhere!
