Over the last 10 years I have benefited in a significant way from Matt Leduc's perspective and approach as a Yacht Broker. He helped us when we were first considering an upgrade in size for our sailing vessel, and more recently has helped us progress through evaluations of power vessels. Buying our first boat was chaotic rollercoaster ride. Dave was there to contain our enthusiasm and build up our hope when all seemed lost. He took an aggressive offer to the seller and completed the transaction. Dave is our Broker, period.

I recently purchased a 2021 Cobia 237CC from Lattitude Yacht Sales. My sales representative Was Willie Lynch. I can't say enough about the whole transaction. Willie was very responsive to every question I had. He kept me posted on all activities related to the sale. He was always on time for meetings, and always got back to me in a timely manner. The whole process with Lattitude was professional and very comforting to work with such a professional organization. Matt did a great job and in the process we got to know him as a friend. He was very detail oriented and on this transaction had to deal a buyers broker that wasn’t as organized and he kept it going smoothly. Boat postings were good and effective. Our boat sold more quickly than we thought it might.

My wife and I recently purchased a Cape Dory trawler from Latitude Yachts, Ryan the broker who facilitated our purchase was the agent for the seller.
We live in Northwest Massachusetts a considerable distance from the CD location in Newport RI. We needed a person we could trust and rely on to absorb some of the difficulties in our inability for face-to-face contact.
Ryan proved to be reliable, trustworthy and a remarkable consultant. He listened with interest and offered his perspective, a true negotiator. We communicated by E-mail or phone. It seemed like he was available on demand. Ryans fallow threw on tasks was timely and effective. The deal was closed with satisfied seller and buyer. Should the need arise, I would be pleased to have Ryan as my agent.

I was extremely happy with Latitude Yacht brokerage in general and with Ryan Miller in particular. Buying a boat is not a simple exercise anyway, but buying a boat from another region of the country makes it more complex. I felt Ryan went above and beyond with not only his help with the purchase and marine survey, but also working the ins and outs of getting a boat moved across the country. He was also available after the sale, to put me in touch with the previous owner (or to assist himself) with any technical questions. Very happy overall with the experience.
