While I have not had a real estate transaction through LKRE, I do know the LKRE team quite well from years of consulting for them off and on. The team under Libby is a group of gracious professionals that believe in collaboration, innovation and putting their client's needs first. This is a group of professionals that constantly iterates on their real estate practices and technology. Many other firms use old school methodologies and technology that is clunky and lacks efficiency. This is a team of sharp professionals that embrace modernity and genuinely understand the expectations of the modern buyer/renter. I would recommend LKRE, second to none!

I emailed the agent on duty with interest. She replied back with a few listings and asked me to take a look at them. I replied back within a day and told her which ones I liked, and I never got a response back. Not one. I don't know how they expect to keep customers if they don't even bother to keep in contact with them. They seriously need a customer service overhaul.
