I am only giving 3 stars based on quality of products. Although it is a more “homey” experience the quality of the service itself was amazing. She was very attentive to detail, made sure I was happy with everything, took her time. I LOVED the way my nails looked when I left, but within a day they began is peel and chip (dip with gel polish on top). If you’re looking for a standard mani/pedi 4.5/5, but I encourage her to test some new products.

I had the pleasure of visiting this place for a manicure and pedicure, and I must say that the experience was amazing. The person who attended me was exceptional; not only is she an incredibly skilled professional, but she also has a very positive energy that makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. Every detail of my manicure and pedicure was done with great care and dedication, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and exceptional attention. I’ll be back soon!

Professional yet cozy atmosphere. Sweet, respectful technician/owner. I received a top notch pedicure. She was very thorough yet gentle with my feet; toenails were shaped and painted perfectly; cuticles were cleaned up, legs and feet were massaged and scrubbed. What a detail-oriented pedi! Didn't have time for a manicure although I would have loved it as well!

They were open late and the husband/wife owner couple were extremely nice and accommodating. Quaint and relaxing setting. Would absolutely go back next time I'm visiting Newport.

Well, they never returned my call and weren't open when I went there in person during what were supposedly their open hours. Not really sure they're still in business. I went to J T Nails instead and they were awesome!

I booked an appointment for the morning of July 4th. Before I arrived, they left me a voicemail saying that the appointment might be delayed 30 minutes. No big deal. However, when I arrive, I'm told that they are in a time crunch and won't be able to accommodate me. There was obviously a great deal of miscommunication and I was extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency throughout the situation. I was very clear that I just wanted to make sure I could get my nails done. Just disappointing that there was a deliberate failure to fulfill a previously confirmed appointment. If you're going to commit to providing a service, I'd recommend ensuring that you can meet the needs of your clients. Also, it's probably not smart to point fingers at the customer. Doesn't look good!

This is the nail salon like what nail salons used to be! No rushing, top class personalized service. Vicki and her husband are so kind and I would highly recommend this place. Vicki did a great job! She is flexible with long hours. Central location. Highly recommend. Would be a regular here in the future!

Vicky was amazing! She hooked it up with all my favorite colors and I left with the biggest smile on my face. Really great prices compared to the rest of the Newport nail shops, definitely worth a visit!Services: Nail painting

Okay so first off it looks nothing like the picture. I showed up and its a staircase that leads to a very small room where they have set-up a wash basin. I called them a week early and they told me they can do dip and Brazilian. That’s really not the case; she said she used to do it, but due to downsizing they dont anymore. Im not really sure why that was not communicated when I made the appointment. A complete waste of time!!!

I really love the services Vicky provided. Her shop is very private where she provided very detailed service, it was not rushed and I felt very relax during the whole time at the spa . Love my gel manicure and pedicure. Vicky is so nice ? and took very good care of my nails .
