Lareena was are customer service sales clerk she was amazing. I was lost and she really help me and my son he is seven years old big boy and wears a men's size small and she help tremendously. I definitely will be back thank you lareena see you again

I always find something from Old Navy whether I purchased in store or on line.The staff at Newport store are so friendly and offer their help.

I never leave negative reviews. I just left the store and feel compelled to. Someone that called themselves the general manager is waiting there to battle people about returns. Not only did she give me a very hard time and was completely unprofessional but she did it to someone else while I was standing there. She made me feel so uncomfortable like I was doing something wrong by returning my sons pants and basically called me a liar about fitting him. I told her I could bring him to the store and show her the pants didn’t fit. She was so rude and disrespectful I feel uncomfortable walking into that store again. The other girls were perfectly sweet.

very friendly staff..got soaked at work during a horrendous rain storm that even took out power and they let me purchase and then change into the clothes so I can get out of my soaking wet clothes
