BUYER BEWARE - I bought 4 sweaters @ about $150/each. Cotton sweaters. Two were identical as one was for a gift. I like one of them, but I had to soak it and block it (knitters know what this means) to stretch the yarn to make the sleeves long enough. The other sweaters I bought were funky sizing -big in the body and short in the sleeves. I’m 5’6 with normal length arms. BUYER BEWARE of the return policy there’s a 30% restocking fee. So be sure you’re going to love it - the quality of it, the size, etc. Before you buy since they’ll keep 30% of your money if you ask for a refund. Actually, they will give you a 100% refund if you take store credit which is simply another way of saying « I’m keeping your money. ». I asked for an exception to the restocking fee since the sleeves are too short and was told no. Ok. Thanks for the great customer service on the overpriced, made in china with the sleeves too short cotton sweaters. I see others have had CX problems as well, with sweaters unraveling, shipments never being received, etc. I wouldn’t buy from this shop again. The staff is unpleasant, with lots of « shouting » in their emails. Just rude. Buy your made-in-china sweaters from Amazon where at least the sellers give you a full refund rather than keeping your money.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Despite promptly returning items at my own expense due to sizing discrepancies, I was hit with an additional fee. After a few days, I received an incredibly unfriendly message falsely claiming my return was rejected because I had worn the products. This is an outright lie. I tried them on and immediately returned them in the same condition. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this store – do not shop here under any circumstances!

To support local businesses this Christmas, I purchased a loungewear set and a high-end tracksuit from this store. Regrettably, my experience with these items has been less than satisfactory. I reached out to the store before writing this review because I didn't want to damage their reputation and hoped this was just a misunderstanding. I wrote them a personal letter and got no response. I have since gone online to check their customer reviews and there are a lot of unhappy customers. I purchased the items online. Discovering that one of the brick-and-mortar stores was in Wakefield, I decided to return them in person. I was told that I could not return them in the store, and would have to mail them back. When I got home and looked up the address to return online purchases, it was the address of the Wakefield store! What? I called the store to verify and was told that this was indeed the case. I found this ridiculous since I live a few miles from the store. In addition to the cheapest postage fee (which was $8.00), I had to pay a restocking fee. The loungewear set arrived without any tags. Nothing - not a Pink Pineapple tag or a price tag. It looked cheap and like something I could have bought at TJ Maxx for a fraction of the price. And, the tracksuit was ill-fitting and also not worth the price. After doing some online searches, I found the same products sold at Pink Pineapple. They were significantly cheaper. I am sorry to report this. I don't know if the Newport store is connected with the Wakefield store, but I won't be going back. Some of the things in the store are really cute, but the customer experience - yikes!

Agree with another review - don’t shop here unless you are SURE you will not want to return. I bought in person, returned in person, but was refused - 10 day return period.Not helpful. Never again. Will tell my friends.---Edit after owner response: Owner has no idea what was in the bag. She could not have been bothered to find out.

Terrible customer service! I bought 3 of the same sweaters for me and my daughters. The colors were not as described. We were so disappointed because we were really looking forward to them. I sent them all back. Had to pay for the return label and the restocking fee was ridiculous! Everyone shops on line now! Don’t shop here unless you are sure you aren’t going to return what you buy!

Amazing quality - the cashmere is so soft and amazing styles. There is always a great selection of new clothing to choose from, whether it’s jeans / shorts, fun summer tops, so much jewelry selection. You can also find great little gifts for anyone (purses / candles / masks)
