What happened to customer service and samples? You can spend on perfumes and fancy brands and never receive any testers.. Will not be buying in store again and will buy directly from vendors.

Visited Sephora in Newport RI on Friday with my beautiful niece. Was assisted by a very informative & helpful associate named Morgan.
I have been to several different locations in the past but have to say this young lady was the absolute Best associate I have ever encountered. She was certainly on top of her game & deserves to be recognized for her efforts. Again, Thank you Morgan~?

It was always difficult for me to choose a right shade of foundation. I met Breya Tavares during this Sephora Sale event. She is a store associate and a licensed beauty artist. Breya helped me tremendously by mixing two shades of different foundations and creating my perfect shade. She knew exactly what consistency I wanted and matched the shade with my skin tone. All this time Breya was patient and willing to help. Come to Sephora in Newport and see Breya if you have problems with choosing foundation and shades. I cannot recommend her enough!

I unfortunately have only had negative experiences here. They also rarely have anything I need in stock, and their displays are always a mess. You're better off ordering online

It’s a small shop relatively speaking but had solid inventory for the size. Staff was helpful and kind even though it was crazy busy when we were in there.If you’re in town for an event, it’s really helpful to have this shop for last minute purchases or even for a makeover for your special event!Also - first hour of parking is free with validation, which is very helpful. Parking can be crazy in this part of town.

Terrible experience. It's so sad because this sephora used to be wonderful. Just had one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I don't know what happened to this store but I won't be returning.

They asked if I could please pay and tip in cash. I said I didn't carry cash and there were no signs that they accept only or even prefer cash . They said next time to please bring cash. So they took my credit card AND CHARGED ME 3% FOR THEIR FEE! ! But no worries, There won't be a next time.

I have made 3 recent trips to this location. I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful lady. Unfortunately all I can recall is the first letter of her name,which is M. She was very honest and friendly. I will be looking forward to seeing her again. Thank you.

I feel compelled to write a review about the terrible treatment to the employees at this company. The management team is constantly belittling and degrading their employees. That’s unacceptable. The workplace culture is toxic, and it is clear the company cares more about profits than their employees well-being.The managers are condescending and unhelpful. They speak down to their employees. From the looks of it the management is doing absolutely nothing. Employees seem to be expected to just put it but with this behavior and are even being pushed out for standing up for themselves.I suggest finding a completely different Sephora before you ever step foot into this one.

Tara was so helpful! I know nothing about makeup and my daughter wanted to get a bunch of stuff and I had no idea what I was doing lol. She helped her pick her shades and showed her how to apply it!

Horrible manager at Sephora, talking about her costumers she was so rude. Disrespectful, tried to ask her for help she refused to help and walked away.
