Every time I go they tell me there’s something wrong with my car and they won’t pass my inspection, I get a second opinion, and they’re always wrong. Bunch of liars and should be reported to the BBB which I will be doing.

Waited 20 minutes after they were supposed to open to drop my keys and talk to the mechanic. They never show so I left or I would’ve been late for work.

My engine cover came off , actually hanging on by one screw and scraping along the road close by Sullivans’.I pulled in a few minutes before closing . Rick the mechanic ,took it off in minutes, it was not salvageable. I was concerned leaving the underside engine exposed . I went back next day to tip Rick. He had found a replacement in the shop . Perfect fit for my Honda. Got it on and he dbl checked my breaks, too. No charge ! He and Casey , ( inside at desk) are perfect gentlemen. I said I would spread the word about their great service!! Good to know a great service shop in Newport !

After getting a ridiculous quote for a single tire from another shop in town I looked around online to find something in my budget. Sullivan had what I needed in stock, got me in within the hour, and fixed it the same day. They honored their price online so I knew what to expect, and the man I spoke to, Casey, was friendly and understanding. Would recommend for car/tire service, and will be going back if I have any other issues.

Do not deliver a s promised.
Wheeled in a tire to be fixed. Told two hours.
Came back in two hours. Not even close. Done by the end of the day.
Don’t make promises you can’t keep.
If you don’t want walk in customers, say so.
But don’t BS the customers.

I feel it would be disrespectful to post anything less, the staff was nice , but I dropped my vehicle off at 0800 for two tires and didn't hear anything until I called back around 12 pm. Missed my lunch break. Quite inconvenient, DISCLAIMER THE DROP OFF TIME YOU HAVE SCHEDULED IS NOT THE TIME THE TIRES WILL BE PUT ON YOUR CAR. if you have all day to wait, stop by.

Great, fast service, amazing communication. Got a flat while on vacation in Newport and was lucky enough to find this place. They were able to get me back on the road within 24 hours of getting a flat. Thanks for the great experience!
