I recently visited Tacto due to some gear-pulling issues with my Audi. Although the owner couldn't accommodate me the same day, he promptly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I returned with my children, he took my car in first thing and made sure we were comfortable during the wait.
The service was outstanding. The owner was both knowledgeable and friendly, quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem. The repair was done efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Tacto for anyone needing transmission work. Their professionalism and customer care are top-notch!

Excellent friendly affordable service. Tony is by far the most honest mechanic in town. Im a Veteran and have been taking our cars to Tony for more than 15 years. He fixes what needs fixing and shows me the old and new parts. He also offers a ride home and pickup. (I was surprised to read a couple of bad reviews and it's obvious these customers are confused and mistaken). Thank you Tony for your service.

Tatco, paid attention to my vehicle issues and took the information I provided from TSB I had previously researched. With everything I provided they took in and continued to troubleshoot and identified the issue, which was ignored by the dealership. Tatco is honest and responsible auto service; a repair the dealership said would cost 3K; Tatco found the real issue and corrected it. Labor charges were justified and inexpensive. I appreciate the work!
