The spa director Deb was extremely accommodating to our large bridal party. She went above & beyond to squeeze us in although there was limited availability, she somehow made it work. Very helpful, friendly, and professional from the start.

Extremely high price for mediocre to poor service. Massage was marginal, at best. Skipped over what I asked him to emphasize. One size robes. Seemed annoyed to give me flip flops. Not very friendly. Not very professional. Not very skilled. Just very expensive.

Fantastic! Arlene was my esthetician for both my Body Treatment and Custom Facial. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. My anti-aging body scrub and vichey shower was amazing and the view over the ocean - incredible! Arlene took the time to ask about my skin and determined which treatments would be best.My only suggestion is that they add a blow dry bar to have some hair services.

For my first massage, they made me feel so comfortable. Peaceful spa with great costumer service. And a beautiful view of the water to top it all off

Our 50 min massages were more like 35. Massages were not good and a 20% gratuity is added to your bill automatically. Definitely now coming back

My wife enjoyed her facial very much.If you haven’t had many massages you will likely find this place just fine. I have had hundreds of massages and found myself underwhelmed and anxious for it to be over, so I could go back to the hotel room and role around on a tennis ball.I had a tepid (luke warm) massage. The “masseuse” basically just leaned her forearm on the routine areas and completely avoided all of the problem areas that I had mentioned.I would say it wasn’t worth the money but the hotel had a $130 credit for the service, so we only had to pay the gratuity. Definitely worth $25 bucks but I would find it difficult to justify ever paying full price for a massage here. Also: there is a sauna in the locker room.No steam room, no hot tub, no co-Ed amenities for couples. Not thumbs down, but no thumbs up either. No thumbs.... just forearm.

It's been a bit since I've been there but everyone there were very professional and accommodating. Their are extremely talented massage therapist, estheticians and hair dressers. The person that wrote that negative review clearly did not read their policies. It is not someone else's fault that they made a mistake.

Booked an 80 min massage online, unfortunately I booked it a day earlier by mistake. I show up Saturday and you think they let me go Saturday? NOPE, they told me that the $210 I paid on Friday is non-refundable BUT they'd be gracious enough to give me a 20% discount for that day. OH GEE THANKS, LET ME SPEND $400 on a massage because you guys aren't professional enough to offer a customer some relief for a mistake booked online.Anyway fine, the 2 stars is really for the massage, my wife said it was weird, they did all these stretches and pulled her leg and arms as they massaged. She said it wasn't all that relaxing. My advice is skip it and go to the new Spa that just opened up under the Marriot, its literally walking distance from the Hyatt and my guess is the management there is much more professional.
