I've always had great experiences at this UPS Store, and this visit was no exception. James was especially kind and helpful. He handled everything efficiently and never made me feel bad about the number of returns I had, even as I kept apologizing. Excellent as always!

Your young store clerk, James, was incredibly helpful, pleasant and professional the way that he helped me with the return of a very large and heavy parcel. As a senior citizen who had to struggle tremendously just getting the parcel to the UPS store, I can’t tell you what an expected pleasure it was to be helped so much by such a lovely young man as James! All I can say is a huge thanks to James, and hats off to you for having such wonderful employees! Thank you so very much!

I had an Amazon delivery sent here and was charged more for the pickup service than the value of my item. At no point in the ordering process was any fee mentioned. Avoid!

Charged an undisclosed $3 “copy service fee” to print three B&W pages. Really frustrating to get charged five times the cost of the printing for them to click “print” (especially since you can’t do self-service printing).

Wonderful customer service given by James. Efficiency and knowledge to help us complete some closing documents that needed to be notarized and scanned.

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I had 2 boxes and only 1 QR code for a return and the sales team suggested we put both packages in the same box saving me the problem of requesting an additional QR code.

Service at the location is exceptional. While I had a number of jobs (notary, passport photos, etc) James was patient, professional, kind and went out of his way to assist me and other customers. Extraordinary in this day and age.

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I've never had trouble finding parking in front of the store, even though it's located in a busy part of town. Store is always clean and well-kept.

DO NOT USE UPS. They “lost” three pkgs over last month. Their customer service was not helpful at all. Left review after one of many calls trying to locate pkg and they called back to get more info on my negative experiences and when I called number provided they had no idea how to handle my returned call. They put me on hold for 40 minutes. This is an extremely poorly run organization.
