The staff at 169 Connell Highway are amazing. They were supposed to close at 6 but were there until 9 waiting on the customers that had waiting for hours. I was there for almost 3 hours and still needed to go back twice the next day. They tried everything to resolve the issues with my account, that were all computer related. Even with all the issues with me and the customers before me, they remained calm which made us not get aggravated. True meaning of customer service.

I only deal with Verizon in authorized dealer locations. Verizon customer service, whether online or through a call center, is absolutely atrocious and Verizon executives should be ashamed of how poor the customer service is. I will also add that the divisions within the Verizon Consumer group cause great confusion for current and potential customers. All that I have mentioned might very well be why Verizon is losing customers. I have been a loyal customer for decades, but maybe not for much longer if customer service does not improve.

I went to a Verizon store in Middletown and got screamed at by the young guy that approached me because I asked what kind of deals do you have. His reply was I don’t know depends what’s in your account. I asked about a promotion I saw online an his reply was depends what’s in your account. I said just tell me what’s available and stop playing games. He screamed at me and I told him I am going to another Verizon store. I entered the Verizon store one young man working. He had a customer that had bought a phone. Then there was an older woman asking all kinds of questions and had no intention of making a purchase she was even asking him how many pages are in the owners manual. I have to say this kid was amazing his name is Dylan and he knows his stuff. The kid sold me two phones and while that’s was being taken care of he sold two more phones to the two women that came in behind me. He set up an Apple Watch and had two guys come in and pay their bills. There were three people still there when I left but I am positive he took care of them. Thank you Dylan
