“John and Chelsea in the Garden Department deserve recognition. Over the phone, John assured me that they had what I needed. In the store, both employees helped me find exactly the product I needed and were friendly about doing so. On the other hand, an employee named Missy (got her voicemail) needs to re-think her vm message, like changing it from "I'll get back to you at my earliest convenience" to something more customer-friendly such as "I'll get back to you as soon as I can." Big difference in just a few words.”
“I just spoke with a woman named Sunshine at store #4279 in Coventry, RI. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to come up with a creative solution to my order issue. I hope this message can get to her manager, and that Home Depot can take advantage of her energy and work ethic. Every company needs more people like her in more influential positions!”
“If you ever need anything and can't find it just stop in here and ask for Donnie Wheeler he's amazing and will do his very best to make sure you get what you are looking for, for the best price also!! This is one of the best local family owned businesses that have been here in town for many many year, so that should tell you something about the business , the people who work for the business and the owners of Arnold Lumber they are all wonderful people.”
“No complaints from me. They did not have what I needed, but sent me to another place so I could find what I needed.( even the next place Sent me some where else) Friendly people.”

“Great company and excellent customer service. Shoutout to Eric who bent over backwards to straighten out a manufacturer issue for my deck build. He always answered his direct line and always called back when he said he would. Very professional and reliable. My deck looks amazing! Thanks!”
