  DON’T GO TO THIS BRANCH IF YOU NEED TO GET ANYTHING DONE. THEY ARE ALWAYS SHORT STAFF AND OBVIOUSLY Don’t TRUST THE STAFF THAT ARE AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEY DON’T GIVE THEM HAVE ACCESS TO ANYTHing.

  Citizens removed the bank tellers at this branch and you are forced to use the ATM for ALL services. It causes long lines and make withdrawing larger funds difficult. Stick with a standard branch if you can.

  Maybe be open until 5pm on a Friday if those are your posted hours! No wonder your tellers are so incompetent, obviously preoccupied with going home early instead of doing the bare minimum requirements of their job!!!! Can't even read a check properly... my 5 year old niece could do better.
