  I went here to cash out my check and the people working wouldn’t except my id bc it was paper but it had proof being from the dmv, I’ve had other citizens banks except it just fine.

  DON’T GO TO THIS BRANCH IF YOU NEED TO GET ANYTHING DONE. THEY ARE ALWAYS SHORT STAFF AND OBVIOUSLY Don’t TRUST THE STAFF THAT ARE AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEY DON’T GIVE THEM HAVE ACCESS TO ANYTHing.

  Citizens removed the bank tellers at this branch and you are forced to use the ATM for ALL services. It causes long lines and make withdrawing larger funds difficult. Stick with a standard branch if you can.
