I stopped to pick up a couple specific items. The selection was good and staff member was helpful.

Stopped in around 8:30pm
Saw that the pharmacy was closed
Took a chance and asked cashier/manager if she’d be able to get Sudafed
Was told she couldn’t
Walked back to return the card where I got it and at the same time the tech/pharmacist was messing with the door
Then I was stopped by another cashier and asked if I was trying to get back there
Mind blown. Disgusted with how I was treated.

They never have the inhaler that I need. It's a $72 copay for the generic. They have been trying to have me purchase a stronger inhaler with a $300 copay. Just ridiculous.

Today, I stopped into CVS for some stocking stuffer shopping, and from the moment I walked in, Wendy made my experience exceptional. She greeted me with a warm hello and a beaming smile that immediately brightened my day. Throughout my visit, Wendy’s outstanding customer service shone through. Whether she was assisting me directly or ringing out other customers, her cheerful laughter echoed through the store, creating a welcoming and joyful atmosphere. She was always available to help and made sure I had everything I needed. Wendy is truly an incredible asset to CVS, and her positive energy turned a routine shopping trip into a delightful experience.

For those currently or considering CVS for your pharmacy needs, past practices leading to present practice have, despite feedback, have gone from bad to worse with intervals demonstrating ability for improvement. For example, a script called in Wednesday for completion Sunday, despite two requests on two separate days preceding for fill, as of 12:30 Sunday have been ignored. Current customers may/ may not have this experience, but the communication system currently in place does not allow for direct contact verbally w the pharmacy team. Not acceptable, in my opinion.

This review is for the pharmacy. There is a lack of communication and zero courtesy afforded to the customers. Many of those customers are people who suffer from illness, pain, chronic illness, and sometimes confusion. The people behind the counter should be ashamed of themselves. They are not paid to care about people, however they are paid to do their work in a professional manner. If they can not manage to do so, they should step down so that sick people don't have to suffer more. Unacceptable!

They often do not have my prescriptions and they don’t call back in the provided time frame. It’s frustrating because I end up going days or weeks without my prescriptions.

I don’t think a worse pharmacy exists. Let’s say hypothetically they are underpaid and overworked, that is not our (the customers) fault! We deserve our medication, especially when you call ahead and they say it will be ready… then you come in and they make you wait 20 minutes in their parking lot, you pull up again… they say it’s still not ready so you wait another 20… then they finally say they don’t have it. Y’all should be ashamed. Absolute joke of a pharmacy.

Be careful here, They don't verify your information so if you got the wrong information in the system they are going to ring up the wrong insurance and your paying out of pocket. The people who work here are rude, arrogant and impatient. Change pharmacy
