Just never a good experience. Coupons don't work. You get the $10 off one month. The next month you don't. The savings on my card never filters down. The items I check off for savings on my visit never filters down. The employees seem to hate their jobs. Rx is nice but the front end employees are all so unhappy. It is not like this at other stores. Walmart is very nice. Walgreens is even more pleasant. CVS is just mismanaged. They are seriously doing something wrong at multiple levels.

I absolutely love this CVS for the associates. They are always so courteous, kind and helpful. Today especially, Samantha took the time to really search for a barcode needed for my return. The product color was no longer available, and she was actually a little concerned that she wasn't going to be able to find it, but she did not give up, and her efforts paid off, literally. Thank you so much Samantha!!!

THE '' CVS'' IN NORTH KINGSTON, RI NEXT TO: DUNKIN / HOME DEPOE, ON RT.102 was cool..the kid cashier was king/ funny joke's and a pledger to be waited from him ... i got a circler battiery, cost $7. plus, W/TAX'S .. no worrie's [ WE AMERICAN'S ARE RICH 🤔LOL

Cannot figure out when they are open: today supposed to be open at 8 opens at 9, in festivities the least available of all cvs of the area
Gave me wrong dosage of a prescription ( they had two dosages running at the same time!)
Too often texting me to go get drugs prescribed
Requested prior authorization on a drug while none was needed ( calls and wasted trip because of it)

This CVS is by far the best I have been to. Store is clean and associates are very helpful and very pleasant.

The store is nice and well maintained. But the kiosk for checkout are very difficult to use and the manager was very short with me when asked for help. I finally gave up
And went back to the checkout line.

Love this CVS! It is clean, well laid out, friendly employees. Manager guided me to some extra deals for a project I was shopping for and was super helpful. Well done!

Again, terrible service. The line had 10 people in it. I picked up photos and Matt did not say one word to me when he was checking me out. I told him I forgot my card and asked to type in my phone number, no response. I want to add this to my card to earn rewards. The other woman with the red hair does not belong behind a register. Every tiem I am there she is making a mistake. I saw her run this poor woman's checkout order 4 times. Re-scanning and re-scannning. People were walking out of the store, it was painful to wait in line for photos.

Grateful to the staff in the pharmacy for quickly changing an error I made in scheduling my immunization. They were kind, efficient and professional.

Pharmacy sucks. Extremely rude. We were there before they closed for break. We begged because it was an emergency. Rolled eyes but they did help. they had the prescription in their hands and then the insurance didn't go through. Pharmacist said "doesn't work" and left for break. Understandable to be upset we were taking up break time, but when we came back they had put our prescription away and we had to wait 20 minutes to be refilled. They had it in their hands 20 minutes earlier. They were extremely rude and we received glares, passive aggressive remarks, and aggression relating to impatience as they left for lunch. We're switching to Walmart. Hate this place.
