“Came here after attempting to get lab work at two other East Side locations on Tollgate Road (one location was closed due to lack of staffing, and the other location was slow as molasses).This location is much more pleasant than the other two locations I mentioned, which are located in dingy basements of medical buildings. Instead, this location is in a storefront unit of a plaza, with plenty of natural light from big windows, and an inviting, carpeted waiting area.Although there was only one woman working (doing double duty of checking patients in, then drawing their blood), she was fast and efficient, while remaining cheerful. There were maybe four people ahead of me around 8:30 a.m. on Friday, but my turn came up quickly. The actual blood draw went smoothly too.I also like that she asked if I wanted the results mailed or emailed to me, in addition to my doctor. (In contrast, a patient at another East Side lab asked for the results to be sent to her, and the staff member checking in was confused and frazzled by that request.) I was amazed to have an email with my lab results the very next day!”
