“I was helped by Keith and Rich today and they resolved all of my issues and concerns. They were able to get me what I needed at a price point I am comfortable with. They are the reason I go in store versus doing it online by myself because they have the knowledge and expertise to adjust my account and get all the services I need without drastically raising my monthly bill. Almost 2 weeks ago I had a bad experience at this location with being treated horribly by the rep with no desire to assist me with my issues or upgrade and I was made to feel like a nuisance and a moron. I expressed my concern regarding how I was treated and Keith reached out and made it right. He genuinely wanted to make it right and ensure this never happens again. We live during difficult times for everyone and you never know what someone is going through, we should all be treated with respect and not made to feel like a nuisance. Keith and Rich were wonderful today and I am very comfortable and happy with my purchase and adjustments to my account.”
“This is as good as it gets for Walmart. Very large and has a good selection. There is a grocery section, but I am not sure I would trust the produce. Given COVID, I wish they would staff more team members to run the registers so it would help social distancing.”
