“Went to the store to replace my 15 pro screen protector was told it was no longer in stock. I was a little bit upset at first but the sales rep Mike was very pleasant offered to look at my account for any savings and apologized for the inconvenience and would be happy to put on my screen if went and got it somewhere else. Also said he would call me when the new phone comes out and tell me all my available options.”
