Ocean State Job Lot Headquarters is a great place to deliver and a great place to work. It is a trucker friendly place with an awesome, very friendly, and nice staff. The owners are family orientated and the most generous, giving, caring, and sincere people. Management does a great job. The facility is clean and well organized with a nice parking lot, though there is no overnight parking due to frequent truck traffic. Staff are helpful, often providing a dock door and unloading trucks efficiently, even when drivers arrive much earlier or later than their scheduled appointment time. The company is committed to value, a successful workplace, and strong community partnerships.

The loading duration isn't bad it's less than two hours.
But a lots of time is wasted inside the shipping office when they communicated between them.
I've waited more than 15 minutes before she assigned me a door and I had to wait again to get the bills.
