This gas station declined my attempted gas purchase, then I saw they pre-authorized almost $90 when normally it's only $1 and the actual purchase amount. I can't even fit that much worth of gas in my car and they've never made a hold in such a large amount. Not only did I ultimately not make a purchase, I have a receipt for $0 because I cancelled the transaction. I called my bank who said I'm the second person with this issue and it's a glitch on Shell's end. I contacted Shell and they kept blaming my bank, and copy-pasting the same thing to me over and over about it being a "normal" transaction. There's nothing normal about Shell holding such a large amount of money for a purchase that was never made. Never giving this horrible company my business ever again in any location.

Brought 2 of my customers diesel class a motorhome to fill up for delivery. I was going to buy over 500 gallons of fuel. When I went in to pay for a drink and a pack of Marlboros. I was asked for an ID. Why? I'm 63 yrs old and I look 63.;I didn't have my ID ready again. So I was denied to buy Marlboros. But you get everything else I refused to deal with this stupidity woke shit. So we went down the street a 1/4 mile paid less for diesel fuel $1000.00 plus a drink and my Marlboros. Won't ever be back. Too many other accommodating place to go then this bull

I chose regular and was charged for premium. I was told the hose must have hit the premium button. To bad. I've called corporate almost daily for weeks. Mario seems to busy to manager the stations he has since he is always on the road or away from his phone.

I am only giving this location a five star review because of the cashier cynthia. She is a great employee and is always pleasant and kind to customers. Have seen her go above and beyond in order to convenience customers. The store itself is clean. Other employees are not as friendly

Stopped but to fill up the tank and run the car thru the car wash. It is conveniently located near homegoods and dave's so for that 5 stars! The gas was, well plentiful and there waiting for me, and the car wash did its thang and rinsed the winter blues off my car. Everything was clean, in working order and I didn't have to talk to or see a single person for both transactions. If you are driving by and need to fill up or rinse the winter off your car. Stop here and get it done!

Some of the cashiers are extremely rude. I tried to buy something behind the woman operating the cash register and she didn't know what I was referring to. I did what came naturally and moved over and pointed and I got scolded for doing so. Not only am I a grown man that doesn't need to be scolded by a young gas station attendant, I am a regular patron and would not have done that had she known what I was talking about. I responded by saying that I'd not have done so if she didn't seem confused. I got another shitty comment. This seasons is the worst I've ever been to. Skip this one and go to the one in East Greenwich or the one in Warwick right over the town line.
