“Great experience at Advanced Auto Body, truly a hidden gem! I was having problems getting an inspection sticker and these folks went above and beyond to get the repairs I needed and saved me a huge amount of money! They worked with me to get the best price possible and kept me updated on everything! Tucked away in Peacedale, I was able to walk my dog and get a coffee while repairs were being completed. The waiting area is cute and comfortable complete with a 10 cent Coca -Cola machine! And Jack was more than comfortable to hang out! The staff is wonderful and I will definitely be going back for all my auto repairs!”

“My engine cover came off , actually hanging on by one screw and scraping along the road close by Sullivans’.I pulled in a few minutes before closing . Rick the mechanic ,took it off in minutes, it was not salvageable. I was concerned leaving the underside engine exposed . I went back next day to tip Rick. He had found a replacement in the shop . Perfect fit for my Honda. Got it on and he dbl checked my breaks, too. No charge ! He and Casey , ( inside at desk) are perfect gentlemen. I said I would spread the word about their great service!! “These guys always amaze me with their consistency in providing great service. I have been coming here with now 6 vehicles since they originally opened. Tires, inspections, brakes . They actually do get you in close to your appointment, (very hard to do in a business that prays for no broken bolts or wrong parts on the car(s) before you.) Always honest about what your vehicle is experiencing and fair on pricing. I am retired and used to run auto repair shops. I know how hard this is to do consistently. But they have with me. I was just in this Sunday with a tire that I plugged. It had a nail in the center of the tread and an easy hole to plug. But it had an ever so slight remaining bubble of air escaping afterwards. I added the dreaded “flat fix” and drove it around to seal the deal.(Which it did). But still, that puddled and caused a vibration. Took it to these guys and they cleaned it out, balanced it and it is as smooth as glass. Thanks guys for your consistent efforts and thanks Firestone for training and instilling the right qualities in your teams.”

Although I like to think I am knowledgeable about my vehicle, I overlooked a detail the service advisor caught. It was money well spent and the vehicle performed well on the drive back home.”
