I never wanted to use a Verizon Wireless Zone store over a corporate store BUT I was wrong! Jay at Verizon Wireless in North Kingstown was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! What a pleasant experience, He took care of everything and I didn’t even have to change my plan! Best customer service I’ve had with Verizon in a very long time! Thank you, Jay!!!

I wanted to eliminate my business landline and port the number to a cell phone. I knew there were many advantages to having business communications on a cell but the job seemed daunting. Jason Green was amazing. He understood my situation completely and walked me through the process seamlessly. I am so happy with the service that I received from Jason, and I am enjoying the ease with which I now communicate with my customers.

Brittany was extraordinary! I am retired and not technically proficient with phones. I traded in an old phone and she spent a LOT of time helping me set it up and navigate it. She was extremely patient! I appreciate all the time she devoted to being sure I understood my new iPhone 15. Thank you, Brittany. Give her a raise!

Brittany was an amazing help! Answered and fixed billing issues missed by previous locations. Walked me through options and benefits of service and protection plans. Never felt pressured or talked into something that wasn’t a right fit. Excellent across the board. My new go to Verizon rep!
