Ron and David were both very friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting for my new phone to be set up, we all had conversation with other customers in the store that was insightful and refreshing. They both maintained a professional attitude and it was a very pleasant experience. Best customer service I've ever received at any establishment. They represented AT&T and themselves with great light. Kudos to Ron and David for holding down the mineral spring ave store!

Though I was unable to accomplish what I set out to do, the young man who attended me (Jonin) couldn’t have been nicer. I absolutely appreciate that he didn’t treat me like a stupid old lady and made a sincere effort to help me.

Magnificent customer service. My experience at the store was absolutely exceptional, I was there and the problem solved the employee was above and beyond. He handled a very tough client in the more professional manner. My respect I will be back soon because now is my preferred store ?

WHILE, I was switching over to AT&T getting a new phone the manager, Joseph E Onesti received a call from his hysterical wife make a story short He literally begged me for $500. I never met this guy before in my life. I went to the ATM got the $500. He texted me for more money. I have the text (shown below) he extorted money from me on AT&T property and while he was employed by them, I am suing AT&T and going after him legally attach is some of his text. I have several more !If YELP removes this, it's because they would rather stick up for a felon that pays for their service. I admit I was an idiot!

I literally live 2 seconds from this branch and drive to either hartford Ave or reservoir Ave. Twice I have went to Pau my prepaid phone bill and accidentally forgot my license. I was turned down because of not having my ID to pay a PREPAID? The young lady had a smile from ear to ear declining my service.I then asked for a Manger she said she was the manager ?

I went to the AT&T Store located at 1744 Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence to ask about upgrading my phone. T-Mobile which is my current provider was useless when I inquired about upgrading my phone after several years of being a loyal customer. with them.Kyra and Zee at AT&T could not have been kinder. It was almost closing time, but that did not deter them from explaining the different options and the various deals available me.As a result of the great customer service I received I have decided to transfer my business over to AT&T thanks to Kyra and Zee

I cannot rave enough about the customer support and service at the AT&T Store in North Providence. Zaria & Geezelle were amazing! They were patient with my litany of questions in upgrading my phone and the necessary accessories. Not only was I 100% thrilled with their assistance and support but we had a wonderful time throughout the process. I am quite grateful to them and highly recommend the North Providence AT&T store.

Worker Zaryia(I think that was her name) and manager Geezelle were great and very patient when trying to help me with the issue I was having. I was there for almost 2 hours and they stood by me every step of the way and never gave up when even they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my grandmother's phone. All while helping other people that came in with their own issues as well. Thank you so much guys.
