I will NEVER step foot in this place again! I have never had to step out of character like I did today and embarrassed as I was to have to do so it was MUCH needed.I went there to purchasing xmas gifts and was on a to figure out what brand to get when my little one moved the hair color swatches over. I understand that can be frustrating however he IS 4 and the older woman spoke to him and a manner that she shouldn’t seeing as its not her child and kept shaking her head. So I felt the need to speak up and let her know to never speak to my child that way again when she walked over to me and tells me “You should be watching your kid and telling him not to touch things when he is in a store”. This boiled my blood and I let her know not to tell me what to do with my child, and to again not speak to him the way that she did. She repeated herself, and I again had to inform her not to talk to my child that way. I grabbed him, and as I was leaving, I told the other employee I will not be purchasing anything from the store And I told her it should be unacceptable for anyone to speak to someone else’s child like that, and to say what she said and the employee defended her and told her I’m sure things were just misconstrued. I asked for her name and was told “I cannot give out that information”. So I said you should probably watch the cameras and that’s when I got a smart remark from her, and sent her holiday season off with a nice little hand gesture — again, not like me, but totally necessary in this situation. I was then recorded with my two children as I left the store where the younger employee came out and continued to record me as I put them in their car seats.This could have been handled completely different, had the women just spoke to my child, in a totally different manner!sincerely,A mama bear

Educated staff always courteous and helpful. The store itself is spotless and the manager Charlene is always willing to go above and beyond to get you what you need and fast!!

Loosing products so I'm really not thrilled. When I ask about the nail products I never really get an answer. Its what they send. Really? You have to know more than that.

My favorite cosmoprof store to shop. Darlene the manager is always so kind, she makes sure to get your orders right, she explains the new products they receive so well and when I buy something new and take her word for it I’m never disappointed.
