Absolutely the best!! I have nothing but the utmost respect for every single person/employee working here. They all conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, dedication, compassion, understanding, and perhaps most importantly, a tremendous level of skill! They also happen to be extremely thorough, honest, and strive to make sure you and your pet are as safe and comfortable as possible. They’re the best! I hope & plan to always stay with Ferguson Animal Hospital!! *And my fur baby Sky agrees*

They've taken care of my two dogs for 10 years and we may not always have the same veterinarian, but the quality is the same. My dogs have had multiple surgeries over the years along with routine checkups and the place is great. Reasonable pricing too.

Dr. Donahue is amazing! Very attention and understanding. He had to put down my dog after years of him being her provider and it was so respectful and understanding.

Everyone here is great. From the front desk, vet techs, and doctors. My dog is a nervous nelly and they do a great job of making her feel comfortable here. Dr. Donahue is super knowledgeable. Most recently I worked with Dr. Deegan when I needed an appointment on short notice and I went in with a list of questions and she was so thorough that all my questions were answered before I could even ask them.

Dr Manadola is beyond patient and helpful and very caring with our dogs. Explains everything perfect, also called us first thing in the morning to let us know blood test results. Very happy with him.

They don’t know what they giving your cat as medical wise, after four month of going back and forth they wanted me to put my cat out because I don’t have money to operate a surgery on my blind cat’s eye, too expensive plus the way they look at you with their face it’s like they’re miserable and don’t wanna smile, I bought almost 11 hundreds worth of medication and made my cat a lot worst I refused to pay for my last visit all they were able to know about my cat that it was blind and it’s like I didn’t know every time they just make it worst so they can get your money, I called the cops on them after I refused to because they didn’t wanna call the cops, they thought because I’m young I wouldn’t know what to do and I’m still willing to sue them when I have a chance, they won’t let you go in the examiner room or even talk to the doctor the nurse will deal with you with a dry face

Having lived in Northern RI since 1989 and had pets the whole time, I have worked with many different vets over the years, some good (OSVS being great) and others not so much. Dr. Donahue at Ferguson is the Best of the Best. In the last 2 years he literally saved my cat's (Lily) life twice.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Not only is the facility BEAUTIFUL, large and clean but the staff is more than accommodating and kind! Ray was knowledgeable, understanding and very patient as I said goodbye to my cat. The vet techs were also well informed and kind to me and my best friend. I will recommend this hospital to all of my friends and family, thank you!

Amazing vet office! I have seen numerous Doctors here as well as techs, and all are amazing and compassionate. The front desk is also great, accommodating with appointments and very friendly. Last week I had to bring my dog in for a last minute emergency, I called Tuesday night at 6:45pm and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. The tech Lexi was great, I was so anxious about my dog’s injury and her compassion really helped calm me down. Dr Marandola was great as well, answered all my questions and got a great plan going for my dog. I have also seen Dr Deegan in the past who is also amazing! 10/10 practice I am very thankful to have them as my local vet!

Left here for a few reasons:1) my dog had 3 different vets the year and a half he went here2) it took a year and a half for them to determine he’s allergic to poultry3) they had us send in photos of an ear issue. They never responded or followed up. We followed up 3 different times, and 10 days later they finally had us drop our dog off and charged us $50 for ‘’not having an appointment.” Had they checked the photos of his double yeast infection, we would have had an appointment in the 10 days that went by.4) after realizing our dog is allergic to chicken they prescribed treats with chicken protein5) they gave our dog an ear flush which made his ears scab and bleed. One year later they prescribed him the same ear flush for an ear infection. They don’t take their clients seriously and they really don’t care. They don’t even read their files.

Sad what the people who work there have to endure. The drama between the staff is insane , no technique on training new hires , they just toss you in and expect you to figure everything out. AND if you even let management know of what’s going on they fire you. You must remain a silent girl. I heard at least 90% of the staff bad mouthing anyone and anybody but it’s no wonder because if it’s reported the reported will be fired. Short staffed and wonder why? You get great new people and when they don’t wanna deal with high school drama they get fired ? Wish I could take back the hours of cleaning I did for this place . I washed blood off of things that must of been there for months , dusted dust from probably years ago , one of the doctors saw me cleaning a countertop and said it was probably a good idea because she hasn’t seen it get washed down since she’s started there.

I haven't even been seen in person yet and I love them! My pup had something wrong with her eye so I called to make a new patient/check up appointment. After I explained her eye situation the woman helping me told me their email and said to send pictures. She said if the vets seem concerned they would attempt to get me in earlier or give me instructions on what to do. They called the next day with an update! Told me her eye could wait until the appointment and how to care for it in the meantime. I can't wait to meet them in person!!

They've been great, but when I called to make an appointment for my dog (annual wellness but also feeling sick), they said it was 4 weeks out, so they would call me back to see if there was anything sooner. No calls. After 5 days, I finally got in contact with them, and now we have to wait 3 more weeks. Dog is feeling better now. Thanks.
