“We had a positive experience and the salesman was very helpful, however, the mattress he sold us is already no good after 2 years. My husband thinks he sold us the wrong mattress. We have an adjustable bed and he assured us it would be fine on an adjustable bed but now it humps up when you put the top up and it feels like the coils are sticking in your back. I used your warranty site yesterday and followed the video and the written words yet when I went to upload The pictures you started asking for more than what you told us to do.I am 73 years old My husband is 74.There is no way I was going to take the mattress off the bed again to try to find the tag on the box spring. It's an adjustable bed so you said I didn't need a picture, then you want a photo of the box. Spring labels or whatever from it. This is a lot more than what you asked and showed in your video and explanations in words. It was a different ball game once we got to showing you the pictures. I feel that you are going to tell me that you can't under the warranty cuz I didn't send the picture and take the whole better part again. I think you do it that way just so you don't have to replace the mattress which has shown in the pictures that I did take how bad it is after 2 years.Thank you for listeningCathy Whittaker”

Why not ask me to look at the document and click to sign? I even saw the webpage open in the background after he took my payment. Incredibly unprofessional and shady”

“I thought this was going to be a very arduous porocess to get a permanent gazeebo for our backyard. Gazeebo Joe's was able to get this done faster than I ever thought. They were helpfull in making sure I had thought of all the things that I would encounter along the way and made sure that they were not a problem. The price was better than any that I found. After following Jon's advice and trying several mattresses, a less firm mattress was the best fit. “We spent about two days in the showroom of Porch and Patio. We originally intended to purchase wicker, but the teak that they had on display was beautiful. The prices on our furniture set were similar to prices online, and our preference was to shop local. The staff were great, the showroom is excellent, and we are incredibly happy with the results. Also, they had everything we needed in stock, which was amazing as we bought ten pieces or so.”

“Wanted a new couch, with recliners and motor operation,the saleswoman - Mauria, was great, and showed me quite a few so I could see all my options. Less than an hour will be delivered on Thursday. Thanks so much for your help. The couch was defective right side pillows behind your legs started drooping, they replaced with the same couch. I hope to have better luck with this one. I was hoping to exchange for a different style & recliner. I did buy platinum insurance. But I was told once you sign for it, it is yours. It seems they break their own rules for some?? The new couch is having the same issue only it is on both sides the recliners with pillow/ cushions are starting to droop. I have only had 3 days just like the first one ??11/14 update: Currently have 2 messages in to service department since Saturday, still waiting for a call back”
