Literally ridiculous I schedule a tour multiple days in advance with confirmation and when I went there no one was in the office or answering the phone.

Lived here for about 3 years, 2 different units, management was horrible, most of the time nobody was even in the office, they did hire a new leasing manager recently, Mattie who was great, and very responsive, and helpful which was awesome…but we were already on our way out unfortunately.I had more packages stolen here than I could count, took management 2+ years to get a locker system that would not even always get delivered to, none of the security cameras functioned, fire alarms go off constantly. One of the elevators was broken I think the entire time we lived here. But, Cool apartments for sure, seemed pretty safe we never had any issues on that front, every place has its pros and cons, but surely weigh them for what you pay!

The maintenance staff that works here is amazing in every way.The office, on the other hand, is unresponsive and unhelpful. If you are going to move here, be prepared to send them email after email with no response or follow up. And don’t bother calling, they won’t answer.

Buckle up for a long review. I am writing this open letter to share the horrid details of my family renting from your company and the unprofessionalism we have encountered from your Property Manager, Cara. Our time renting from Greystone Lofts has been nothing short of a nightmare, and we feel it is important to share our story with others who may be considering renting from your company.First, one of your former Leasing Managers (Rosie) was caught stealing our security deposit money, pet deposit, and advance rent payments. This theft caused a great deal of stress and financial hardship for my family, and took months to recover from. Despite this egregious behavior, I received no apology or acknowledgement of wrongdoing from your company. To make matters worse, one of your maintenance workers sexually assaulted a guest in our unit. This traumatizing experience left us feeling violated and unsafe. I reported the incident to your company, but no action was taken to address the issue or ensure the safety of all tenants and guests going forward. We were also shocked to discover that your existing Leasing Manager (Maddy) had been opening our mail without consent, which is illegal. This blatant violation of our privacy is unacceptable, and we are deeply disturbed by the disregard for basic legal and ethical standards.Perhaps most alarming of all, your building's second elevator has been broken for over four years. This issue has caused countless inconveniences and even put lives at risk. In one particularly harrowing incident, my 79-year-old grandmother whom is on the lease suffered a serious medical emergency and was unable to evacuate the building because both elevators were out of service. The North Providence Fire Department had to carry her down four flights of stairs in the dark, an experience that was traumatizing and very dangerous. To add insult to injury, your company continuously announced gross rental increases. These increases are completely unreasonable and will cause undue financial strain on tenants. To make matters even worse, your company is now attempting to evict my 79-year-old grandmother, who has been in the ICU for 4+ weeks. This heartless action is unconscionable and shows a complete lack of compassion and decency. It's shameful and reckless. Her homelessness is on your hands. Throughout all of these experiences, we have been met with a complete lack of accountability or concern from Greystone. No apologies have been given, no attempts have been made to address the issues at hand, and no effort has been made to ensure the safety and well-being of your tenants. As a result of Greystone's negligence and disregard for basic legal and ethical standards, I have been forced to retain an Attorney to resolve these matters. This has caused additional stress and financial strain that could have been avoided if your company had taken responsibility for its actions and made a genuine effort to address the issues at hand. Lastly, we must also mention that your Property Manager, Cara, needs serious management and communications training. She has consistently demonstrated she is not fit for the role of Property Manager. Her lack of performance has only added to the frustration and trauma we have experienced while renting from your company. Do better! We are sharing our story with others publicly in the hopes that they will avoid renting from Greystone Lofts and experiencing the same traumas and injustices that we have endured. It is my sincere hope that your company will take immediate action to address these reckless issues we have raised and make significant changes to ensure the safety and well-being of your tenants.

09/03/2020I am a potential resident. I had an amazing tour of the lofts with Rosie. She was so helpful and accommodating. She is really the best. I definitely recommend Greystone lifts if you are looking for an apartment. The lofts are absolutely beautiful and it has so many amenities that come with it. I give my experience five stars.

Great place to live, very clean and maintenance is quick to respond and very nice. The apartments are beautiful inside along with the grill area. Manager Rosie is very nice and professional. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath. My only complaint is the neighbors underneath you can hear absolutely everything we do. The walls for the bedrooms do not touch the ceiling there is a 3-4 foot gap which means if you are trying to sleep and someone wants to watch tv in the living room it’s as if your in the same room together. Not much privacy in that aspect. My boyfriend car was broken into many times. It did happen to me once so I would recommend parking in the back, not in the garage. Otherwise I can’t get over how clean the place is and the staff is great.

Personally I found this place to be very small for what they were charging. 1600+ for a STUDIO without a loft or laundry in the unit. The place is beautiful, however the price is ridiculous for what you get. There also is an upfront $750 dollar fee for each pet you bring, and they also charge an "amenity fee." Anyone can walk up and view the gym/rec area as it doubles as a leasing office, so strangers are constantly on the couches/ using the amenities (pool table/etc) that you pay for. The leasing office is also where you send your mail, so strangers are constantly walking near your unsupervised packages. Really didn't seem like the place for us and ultimately chose a different mill.

My husband and I moved into the Greystone Lofts a month ago - we couldn't be happier. We LOVE the multilevel apartment. All of the staff (management and maintenance are so quick to reply and help) and residents are so nice. We love getting to meet all of the pups while they go out for their walks. We are across the street from a well-manicured park; the neighborhood has many convenient stores: Dave's Supermarket, Target, Home Depot, Staples, etc.; there's a Chili's, Pizzeria Uno and Panera in that same shopping center. Providence is so close, we just hop on I-95 and get to the city in minutes. Another great thing to mention is that the Lofts are set back from the main road, so there are never unwanted visitors. And to top it off, the apartment is the best bang for our buck. We're so thrilled we made this choice to move here. Thank you Pete and Rosie!

Property Managers seems to change with the seasons. Will tow your car and will not notify, or give anyone the courtesy for that matter, in the building before doing so; even met another tenant who had the same issue when they towed his car! They won't even check their own website/tenant portal/database, which actually has you put in your vehicle information. Not Military friendly at all - car was towed away while I was deployed, despite having told them I was deploying and that my vehicle will be sitting in the garage; I had a roommate at the time and he wasn't even notified that it was towed.Don't waste your time - look elsewhere.

A great place to live - ending my fifth year living here. The property manager Rosie is very professional and friendly. Good facilities, parcel delivery easy, covered parking, responsible maintenance staff. Good security. I highly recommend it.

Lived here for a year before I had to move out of state. Loved the apartment and management. I’d live here again if I ever moved back to Rhode Island.
