I have always had a good experience there. It's a little bit of a drive for me and now with the Bridge... but gonna make my way there tonight. Tyring to find a place close to home, but the reviews aren't great. So heading to the bridge! :-) Hoping for another good experience!

This place is not it. It’s a very uncomfortable, non relaxing feeling. As soon as you walk in someone already has an attitude and you feel rushed to pick a color. It’s not a very welcoming experience. If I’m spending over $100 on my nails I would appreciate better service! I won’t be coming back.

I came here to get my Gel X Nails off and I ended in tears. The process was really rushed. The first thing she did was use the drill bit to take off the top layer. She ended up nipping the cuticle on my pinky and it started bleeding. I thought it was maybe a little cut. Since the Gel X Nails were hard to get off, she used a card to peel them off while also ripping the top layer of my natural nails. She didn’t have much experience at all with the removal. After inspecting her work with my nails, she actually TOOK A CHUNK OF MY CUTICLE ON MY PINKY. I honestly don’t know if it would grow back. This is very much upsetting.

Danny is the best!! He’s the only person I go to! All I do is show him a picture and he goes above and beyond and even offers ideas! He’s amazing!

Called to book an appointment asked for an overlay French pedicure and and two Overlay nails to fix When I got there, I Waited an extra 35 minutes and was told they don’t do overlay. Then once I sat down, for my manicure was told to leave and that I couldn’t be taken. And that I didn’t book what I said I booked. Will never come again. Horrible management.

Enjoyed a relaxing pedicure. I haven't been in a few years. Was a wonderful experience. The owner and staff are very attentive and friendly.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Left all of the surrounding paint on my fingers & refused to let me see a color tested. Ignored me when I asked for square shaped nails & got mad when I asked them to please stop rounding my nails. This is how I left the salon. Horrible service. A disgrace.

I have been going here for a few years. There was a woman that I really liked, but apparently she is not there anymore. The few times I have gone there since then I have had different people do my pedicure. Each time my nails were cut without having my feet put in water beforehand., don't even know why they filled the basin since the water was not used. I even asked the 2nd time and was told it was ok to cut without using the water. However, each time my toes were irritated and hurt for a few days. I will not go back.
