Very quick communication and straight shooters. Had my car towed to a dealership and they picked it up within the time frame established the day before. Provided documentation in a very quick manner. Can't say enough good things about this organization. Joe, the GM, did a great job setting this up and working with the driver, Hector.

Ordered transmission on arrival When shipped flipped in ltl freight and leaked out all transmission fluid all over other packages on drivers route.when installed professionally at a local buisness found transmission to have dtc codes and was not functioning correctly being a store manager and seeing things like this from a supposed legit business. I felt the need to let people know about there practices. Bought a transmission when sent had no invoice and was bad and not functioning as soon as installed with dtc codes present. When called and asked about a warranty purchased was told tough luck better luck next time. Please please please do not use these people as they do not back there products look at the reviews prior to this one.

I called three times and ask one 4.8L engine, the guy don’t have any patient and hung two times, but every time he tell me have it and $500. I drive 3.5 hours and arrive company and he tell me that is 4.3L engine, they want to sell me another one $1750. Real Junkyard and junk person. They do fishing and don’t buy from them.

Stay away from these guys. I bought a bad engine. 2 weeks later I call them. They wouldn't do anything about it They said they told me that I had to change the timing belt before I put the engine in. They never did say time in belt was bad If I knew the timing belt was No, good, I wouldn't have bought the engine. Why would I buy an engine that needed to be fixed? I could Have fix my engineThey R crooks and thievesi Stay away from Them

I just wanted to see the condition of the part I bought. I am a customer and the bald old man treated me badly. You cannot look when buying a product. If you want to look, you may be beaten.And in response, you say that the fault is mine, not his. But I just said I wanted to see it. I did not request to enter unsafe areas of your workplace. I think you can be more polite and friendly.
