More than anything I appreciate the attentive customer service that I was given. I made sure that I thanked Ms nicole & and I also complimented her on the cleanliness of the area. Laundry business comes with many difficulties and customers who are very tired & often very rude. She handles the place well. An asset to the community

I love this location because whenever I come, no matter what time of day, the staff is cleaning. I feel safe and comfortable using these washing machines and dryers because everything is so clearly well taken care of!

Loveeeee this laundry mat I travel from Warwick to this location on mineral spring every week , washers works great , always clean , and the dryers are free and WORK ! Today Alyssa and kiaina (who is new) helped me, there just awesome ! I would highly recommend thisLocation to everyone !

The drop off service is absolutely amazing!!! Nicole and Alyssa are my favorite!? ?I love the fact that everything is washed, dried and folded for me and they call me when it’s done . The staff always help me to my car with the bags if needed. A definite necessity and lifesaver for us .

Always clean at this location the staff here are super friendly and helpful. Washing and drying is super quick and efficient I’m always in and out which is a plus .

The laundromat is overall well run but the attendant held up two of the biggest washing machines and didn't use either one the entire time I was there (2 hrs total). The attendant said they were waiting on a customer to give her instructions. Ridiculous having to split a big load between 4 small machines.

The laundromat is well cleaned as always but the door on the back and side are horrible. Another thing. I was there yesterday and I’ve been there three times in the last three weeks with my team and we’ve overheard the manager talking disgustingly to one of the staff members there. I’ve never seen her before but she was so sweet and nice and full of life when she spoke to us and the moment she went back to to talk to the manager which I think her name is Alissa or Nikole but you can just tell how heart broken she was after getting yelled at. Everyone is human at the end of the day and no one knows what another person is going thru. Definitely lost our respects and we will not return to this location ever again. Treat people with kindness and don’t judge is what I love by. I am 47 years old and I have never seen/heard anything like that in a professional setting. Just because you’re in charge, it does not mean you have to treat people mean or talk to them any kind of way.

Washers & dryers ok. But poor ventilation makes it quite hard to breathe during crowded times. The soap dispenser in bathroom and utility sink completely out of soap. Toilet stained with excrement.

I just had an amazing experience w Ralph! He was Kind, Supportive and very Respectful!! The machine made a little mistake w adding funds and Ralph stood w me and made sure the process worked. He was very respectful when it came to adding my pin number w out making it weird or rude. He is a very good Man. We need more ppl like Ralph in this world!! Thank You Ralph. I look forward to seeing you again.Next wk actually... ? ?

The employees there are very helpful and kind. They work really hard to keep the place clean. They need to fix the back door though. The door is difficult to open and it slams shut real loud.
