Don’t buy kitchen cabinets from them! When I finally received the new cabinets after 2 months (they say 2 weeks don’t believe them) they didn’t come for the installation for another 4 weeks! When they finally came, they damaged my kitchen as you can see in the photos while they are taking my old cabinets off.(those cables have power in it and i have 2 kids and a cat!) And when it was time to install the new ones they just left without a word. The next day i called them and they said they can’t install because the cabinets were too small????? They did the measurements WRONG on first day ( i had to pay $70 for measurements) they said they’re going to find a solution but 10 days nothing!! After 10 days when I wanted a refund their customer support manager told me they DON’T cover the damage their crew does???? Plus they wanted to charge me $1664,00 for the labor!!! Excuse me????

I had an unfortunate experience with Karen Mcgee being a wasteful human being who only favors people who kiss up to her that's why she left the orange store to come here she realized no matter how brown her mouth was it did not work there

Dave + Madi were super helpful. Turned a previously bad experience at a different location into a spectacular experience at the Mineral Spring. Was able to get seen and helped instantly. All of my questions were answered. Will definitely be making this location my primary one.

Don't buy water here. You pay a bottle deposit fee and a water fee. You put the empty bottle into a machine that should print a receipt so you don't have to pay the bottle deposit. The machine Nevers prints a receipt. You pay the fee again and again. You lug three empties in and find they have no water in stock over and over again. I got tired of this and purchase my water elsewhere now. Today I brought in two empties. They have no registers anymore. The self check out clerk sent me to returns. The returns clerk asked another clerk for help with the return. This clerk told me I have to contact Primo water. Really I never paid Primo. I paid Lowes. They have stolen my money again. I can't even remember how many times they have done this to me. Stealing money is a crime.

Jean was so helpful! Came right up to us, asked if we needed help, offered his suggestions, showed us an open bag item that would come with a discount, put it in the carriage for us and helped us to the register. Amazing customer service !

The worst store I have been to in terms of customer service, I am a contractor for more than 5 years, I have been buying materials and tools since I started my business and this is the first time I have bought a tool today and it comes with manufacturing defects and I try to return it. the next day and they tell me that it can't be done because I already used it ? in what world do you sell a product to someone and give them 90 days of profit so that you can use it once and not be able to return it. The response from the store manager was that I lost my money or else I should contact the manufacturer. I do not recommend this store for anyone who wants to buy tools in this store since they do not receive anything that has been used which makes no sense.

I being going to this same location for almost four years, so far their customer service is great. Staffs are very helpful by helping me with what I need. Mike N. And Melanie always very attentive and friendly.
