If I had the option, I would give this business zero stars. It was a terrible experience—completely a scam. They fail to provide receipts, their supplies are unusable, and their customer service is poor, marked by rudeness and profanity.
Please stay away from this business

Very mismanaged. Cannot drop off a package for the USPS, only letters. Can drop off Amazon ONLY if it has a UPS label attached. Calling for the notary doesn’t help. Went in the middle of the week and she was on vacation, the day before she was “in all week.” Why bother? It was a waste of time.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AS AN OPTION TO PICK UP A PACKAGE. I ordered 2 items through UGG to be delivered to this place as it was free of charge rather than being shipped to my house. I picked up 1/2 packages. They stole my other one saying I picked it up, when I never signed off on it. They have no way of keeping record of who picks up what package, no signature needed or nothing. These people are shady- especially during the holiday season.

Went to return an Amazon package with a QR code and they have a huge sign saying they don’t take QR codes and they charge $2 to print the label. This is a scam! Amazon suggests them as drop off for returns with a QR code. Guess they decided to pocket some money doing what should be free for Amazon customers. Reporting them to Amazon as I type this. DO NOT Go here if you have an Amazon return and shame on the business for saying they accept Amazon returns and then charging.

If there was a zero star I would give this place. I had a bad experience before and went back again for more punishment. They printed a label and I left the package for them to give to Fed Ex and yes the label was fed ex. I am out the brand new shoes and the money and I have an unhappy customer. I am starting to think they steel. I still have never received shoes back, I think this place steels second time, I would like to see it shut down.

*** UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2020. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS TO “MAIL BOXES PLUS - 780 RESERVOIR AVENUE, CRANSTON, RI 02910”. I’ve been with them for over a year now and they are AMAZING!!! They are a small family owned mail box center in Cranston and all around really great people. I ended going to do business with them after writing my previous review down below of the location in North Providence. I’m so happy with my choice!!! I’m treated with respect and they VALUE their customers. If anyone is reading my review and is looking for an alternative location to open up a mail box please go and do business at 780 RESERVOIR AVENUE, CRANSTON, RI 02910. You will be welcomed with a smile, respected and valued. You don’t have to worry about having the phone hung up on you, nasty attitudes and bad customer service like the North Providence location! This updated review is long overdue.***

Gone to this place a handful of times no issues gave them my packages and left. Returns went smoothly. Nice small business with kind employees. If you go there and have a horrific experience with a pretty basic process then you are probably the problem.
