Why not ask me to look at the document and click to sign? I even saw the webpage open in the background after he took my payment. Incredibly unprofessional and shady”

“I went in “just looking” for a new mattress and adjustable bed. Dan Myers met me at the door and spent over an hour with me trying different mattress, answering my questions about the adjustable bases and generally working to understand my needs. There was no pressure at all to buy. He just wanted to be sure I understood my options. I didn’t buy that day but went back a few days later because we also needed to get a twin mattress for another bedroom. He was just as patient the second time around! I ended up purchasing the original queen mattress and adjustable base as well as a twin mattress. It was a wonderful experience. When I am again in the market for any furniture, I will make my way back over to R&F and ask for Dan! Thanks so much!!!!”

“They did not have the particular couch we were looking at. We looked at others and found one we liked by the same company we were originally looking at. But did not the right color or size we needed. So we decided to order one with the correct color and size, but still had concerns on the color. Silva or sales person called the company and had them send a sample/swatch of the color. That made us feel better about our on seen order.”
“Hi people I am 2 happy today ive had a smiled fixed upon my face 4 the last day. And the reason 4 that is bc of Metro Mattress in Johnston. If u live in Providence it's totally worth the drive over there. So I had back surgery about 5 yrs ago so when I laid down on this mattress I immediately fell In luv w/it like right away! It's a temurpedic with this cooling mattress i wanted so bad. It is pricey and my credit is not perfect so I didnt know if it was2 happen. But u see Mario & this pretty brother w/green eyes didnt stop until I had my bed. Sorry I can't remember his name ? but he is known as the pillow man his expertise in pillows is spot on. They know what they are doing. I'm so glad I moseyed on down after my dentist appt. Mario has made things all the more better 4 me. He understands about my back pain & cares. & that's hard 2find nowadays. People spend atleast 7hr+ everyday laying down that's how many a week then how much monthly, then ×s that 2 yearly. Shouldn't we get out of bed feeling well relaxed & not in pain from some cheap mattress? If your answer is like mine, then it's worth the $ so go see Mario. It's def worth it, we are worth it.”
“What a great experience overall! There's nothing worse than a sales person attacking you the minute you walk into the store. But here, I was allowed a good 10-15min browsing time. When they did come over, floor staff was knowledgeable and attentive. I LOVED that they sell solid wood frame couches (which have proven hard to find recently). Couches were delivered with ease to our second floor apartment! I will definitely be visiting frugal furniture for future furniture upgrades!”
