I went to Midas to have the suspension in my car checked. I looked around at other places but they got great reviews on Google.
I originally spoke to Sean who scheduled my appointment and was extremely friendly and kind. When I went for the consult, I met Rocky. I told him right up front just be honest with me about the work that needs to be done and a fair cost, you'll have a customer for life. And he did just that!
So I am now a customer for life and have great mechanics I can trust! Thank you to the whole Midas team!

I have gone to Midas in North Providence for many years. The service technicians are experienced and diligent. As a single, elderly woman, I have found the front desk managers to be knowledgeable, fair and very helpful with their advice regarding future maintenance needs.

Rocky and Sean are always so amazing I explained what my car was doing to Rocky , he knew what was wrong before he even diagnosed the problem just by the description of the concern with my vehicle .I am not a new customer I have been coming to Midas for two years. Everytime I get work done here I am never disappointed. I am extremely satisfied no hassel or frustration you deal with at your dealerships. Also might I say affordable mechanical fees. Great mechanics.
