Navigant Credit Union provides amazing customer service with a nice small bank feeling. Staff members are great, pleasant, helpful, professional, courteous, and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to greet customers, explain everything clearly and easily, and answer all questions. Employees are very knowledgeable in helping with account openings, app setup, transitions from other banks, and explaining services and travel plans. Customers report being very happy and recommend the team, especially noting satisfaction with the North Providence branch.

Genuinely professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable staff in both customer services and accounts management. They really do go above and beyond, like in the old days, better times.
