North Providence Collision Center went above and beyond in every way possible. My insurance company did not make things easy for them, or for me. Rather than take it out on me, NPCC took VERY GOOD care of me. They went out of their way to NOT leave me High and Dry.
Office Manager Lisa, always prompt, pleasant, and helpful. Even got things cleared up on the Insurance's end a few times. When it was all said and done, my 6 y/o car came back looking Showroom-Fresh. Can't thank the NPCC folks enough.

If I could rate this auto collision center 10000 stars out of 5 I would! I have taken two of my vehicles here to be repaired. The process was smooth and the customer service was perfect! They even insure all their work! North Providence Auto Collision Center keeps you informed during the whole process as well! My fiancé has also taken two vehicles here. One of our vehicles has a very hard paint color to replicate. The auto collision center did a flawless job at painting the door that was replaced and blending it in with the whole side of the vehicle. You wouldn’t have even known someone had to paint match the vehicle or replace the door! We will be continuing to recommend North Providence Collision Center to any friends or family in the future. Dont make the mistake of going elsewhere.

The entire staff here deserves way more than 5 Stars! I would recommend anyone to take their car to North Providence Collision because the results are thorough and beyond expectations.I felt cared for during a stressful time from beginning to end by everyone I encountered. I was updated frequently about my cars progress which made the entire process seamless.

Great guy. Mike. He gave me an estimate. Then told me he will happily do the work, but I am wasting my money. Wheel well rot was starting in my truck. He told me he'd repair it, but It wouldn't stop the rot from coming back. He actually in a way turned my money down and sent me to another business for a different approach. I'll be back.

They are the best , I got my car damaged in a car accident and they fixed and looks like new … they even sent my car clean I was amazed… they took 2 months that’s the only thing they took time to fix but they do a great job I highly recommend them.

I do not know where to begin. So a few days ago, my car got stuck on the grass and the police came. They called a tow truck. It was 2 am in the morning. The truck accidentally damaged my car when they did their work given the grass situation. You know what this company did for me? They took all the responsibility for the damages and they also did extra work for me. I can’t say thank you enough. The quality of this company’s work and the professional values they hold are just extraordinary. I just have so much respect for them and I wanted to say I am very grateful and thankful for their accountability and kindness. Anyone who read this, you won’t be disappointed working with them! Their owner is very friendly and wise.

just picked up my Kia Seltos from being repaired after i was hit on the highway. I am amazed at how beautiful it looks. Just like the day I first got it! Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t recommend this place more
