This is a great alternative to the chain nutrition shops. Employees are always knowledgeable and take the time to help you find what you need. Their selection of products are good and reasonably priced. They always have a bargain section if you want to try a particular kind of supplement. Shop local! Oh and they have a great logo!

Support your local business! I love this place. They're always knowledgeable,helpful, and friendly! Prices and choices are plentiful. These places are few and far between.. not many places where the store keep give advice that want to listen to. I frequent the Cranston store but the Providence store is equally reliable.
