A very dedicated staff that always provides great customer service and professionalism. I've always had a seamless transition when it came to a new prescription or if I had to transfer a prescription in. The GoodRx program for my area when I search pricing this particular pharmacy always comes up as having the competitive prices. They offer text messaging for updates as well and it's located inside the Shaw's market so you can also do some shopping while you wait.

I visited the Osco Pharmacy at my local Shaw's Market in North Providence and had a terrible experience. I wonder if I or anyone should return and make any purchases, ever! I am a customer and have chosen use the pharmacy and to receive vaccines at this market. I have always been shown courtesy and flexibility when it came to walking in with out an appointment and getting a vaccine.A pharmacy tech, Joann, when approached told me that I could no longer walk in and had to schedule a vaccine on-line. I thanked her and continued to shop. Later that night, I went on-line but the website was not working properly. I tried several times, but no luck. I called the pharmacy, spoke with pharmacist, I scheduled over the phone for 12 noon the following day.Upon arrival, I noticed that there was a couple waiting for a vaccine. I approached the counter, and there was Joann, same pharmacist tech from the night before. I told her that I was there for vaccine, she stated that I needed to go on-line to schedule an appointment. I explained that I had scheduled over the phone with the pharmacist. She gave me a troubled and doubting stare and then mentioned that she would need to confirm with the pharmacist. The pharmacist confirmed and she angrily provided me a form to fill out.I sat and waited....for my turn. I noticed at least two other customers both receive a kind response when they asked for a vaccine and neither had scheduled an appointment. You could see in her face an angry tone that was directed towards me while I sat and waited for my turn. I spoke to the pharmacy Manager. She acknowledged that Joann has issues but the union will not allow for her removal. So Shaw's Market, Stop N Shop provides the same services that you do, where do you think I will spend my money?

The best pharmacy I have ever been to I walk up they have my script ready to go my son needs meds for school and they always habe what he needs there always nice an ready to answer any questions I have Lisa is an amazing pharmacist she will go beyond to help you been coming here for years and will continue 100% better then CVS Walgreens rite aid I have been to them all and I'll never switch I even got my husband to switch here thabk you for all the hard work that you do

This pharmacy is great if you get the right pharmacist. If not, expect to be charged incorrectly for your medication. I go weekly to pick up scripts for someone and I have to go back almost every time when Lisa isn’t there. Very frustrating.

Lisa, is more than a pharmacist. She is a blessing.She has been at the pharmacy continually throughout this pandemic serving on the frontline. She is Always patient, courteous, and thorough whether her line is short or long. So thankful for her. Jeoffery is also blessing to have as a pharmacist. Shaws has a wonderful pharmacy staff. Thank you.
