I went in after my phone was acting clitchy..Was saying I had no Sim card. Multiple times of turning it off and on. Bigger issue was that my mom was hospitalized after a fall sustaining a wrist fracture but more importantly was apparently having a heart attack...I went to the hospital and was the life line to convey all info to my family.Anyway huge shout out to Will who got me in and out within a few minutes.A thank you is hardly enough..Much appreciated

I don't like waiting but I'm sure the workers don't love long busy days either. It was an hour yesterday to buy a new phone and some AirPods - and did the set up of the phone at home. BUT - The staff is always helpful for me - patient and friendly. The girl last night didn't oooooze warm fuzzies but she did ooze "we aren't letting you make a bad decision" and I need that in my life. I'd like her to go shopping with me and set me straight more often. Finally moved on to AirPods instead of corded headphones - welcome to 2024. Also ALWAYS have the best application of a screen protector I have seen.

Sarah M and Suzett A is both All Star they was open late just to help me that wasn't even there fault and was SEAN and some other lady fault but they help me and they was very nice and professional I will be going back to that store when it time to upgrade my watch and headphones thanks ladies!!!

I went into T-Mobile on the corner of Douglas and mineral spring to switch from Metro T-Mobile to T-Mobile. It was a very good experience and the girls Sarah McLaughlin was awesome! I joined the magenta 55 plus plan and received all its perks! I got me free Netflix, free Apple TV, and a year of free AAA. Sarah knew her stuff and answered every question that I had had and I left there completely satisfied. They also put on a liquid screen saver for my phone.

Yesterday I went to this store to have my screensaver replaced.Justin had a hard time greeting me after checking my account and my ID told me “ you have to return tomorrow and see the manager “ I told him I have insurance on the phone and screensaver are covered his reply was yes I can see that but only a manager can get access to the file.I have been to this store many times never had an issue but this kid must have just rolled out of bed because he had no interest of helping me or dealing with people in generalWent to a different store were greeted by a very energetic associate and got my screensaver replaced with a smile!!!I will not return to this store anymore

I've been buying phones here for years. I just bought a new S22 Ultra a few months ago, and it was a smooth experience. The representative was a young woman, and I think her name was Sarah. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she really took care of the data transfer process and setting everything up. I only felt slightly rushed towards the end because the store was becoming very busy, but it wasn't due to the person I was dealing with. The manager sent her to talk to other customers while he helped finish things with me. All in all it was a good experience and they have more than adequate supplies of popular phones and accessories. I would recommend doing business here.

customer service is terrible at this location. the guy that was supposed to be helping me showed no enthusiasm to help me at all. In fact, I'm sure he didn't want to. I actually felt unwelcome. I won't be going back to this location. I wound up going to another t-mobile store and the girl there was very helpful. she took the time to help me out.

If I could make this a -5 I would. The girl that helped me on Friday was atrocious, And incompetent. She set my phone to update and replace all my phone numbers on my phone list with numbers from three years ago, so now it wiped out all of my information on my phone. Then when calling to customer service, all they wanted to do was talk about upgrades instead of resolving my issue. This is the absolute worst I have ever had in dealing with T-Mobile. I am considering moving to Verizon now

After being told I was the next customer then waiting 30 minutes for help and seeing multiple customers who came in after me receive assistance I left extremely disappointed. The manager on duty Cassandra couldn’t be bothered to hear from me about the experience. Drove one minute down the road to Verizon and left T-Mobile all together.
