These idiots sold me a broken phone. Ongoing issues, nobody knows what they’re doing. Been a nightmare since I switched providers. Don’t come to this store…ditch Verizon altogether.

Steve was the bomb. After my wife had the black screen of death and she got a new phone from Verizon insurance, and after the person transferring the data didn't do it correctly, we went to this store, which was the only one that was open!! Luckily Steve was there and transferred all my wife's data and all of her info back on her new phone within 30 minutes. Thanks again Steve!!

The employee was incredibly rude to my wife. He was very condescending and did not try to attempt to help her with the problem. There was no one else in the store and he would not give her the time of day.

Steven Augustine the Sales Consultant At Verizon delivers high standards of Customer Service. He presents with professionalism, patience and knowledge. He treats each customer with dignity and respect. The energy in the store was alway calm and light, no matter how busy it was. I recommend going to this store and ask for Steven.

Steve from Verizon in North Providence is the most helpful store clerk I have ever come across. If I need to go to Verizon I will only go when Steve is on and trust me even if he is waiting on another customer, he is totally worth the wait. Not only has he sold me great phones, and a great plan, but will help me with things outside of the store. Just today he helped me with my cable bill, of Verizon bill, in which he has no vested interest. If you’re looking for a great sales person, and a truly helpful, one at that, go visit Steve at the North Providence Verizon you won’t regret it.

My Mother (who is a senior citizen) came to this location for help with her phone - Samsung A series phone a few years older. She ended up being sold an expensive S phone. She explained to the sales person that she was on a set senior phone plan(which is no longer an option with current Verizon plans). So she was told that with her plan she could get no trade in or upgrade for her current phone. She was afraid to switch plans knowing hers is a set cost that's very low. She was told she could simply add the new phone to her plan at a monthly cost! This phone is adding $80 to her plan for the next 3 years! It doubled her phone plan!
I will be returning the phone and talking to someone about a full refund. I thought about exchanging the phone but after calling the store and interacting with another rep, that's no longer an option. I wished I had accompanied her and my son to the store, but I was at work.
I just went on the Samsung Website I can purchase the exact same phone directly on Samsung unlocked for less and I have the option of turning in her old phone in for an additional credit off. I could also opt to buy the previous model in perfect condition. I could also get the more affordable A series that was I guess not available or shown to her in this store.
I understand what it's like to be in sales rep and want to make commission, and to upsell merchandise, but really?
I have never had this experience at the Seekonk store...I am not sure what happened but not a good feeling.

I had to drop through hoops to get the promotion they offered me which was as a new customer you would receive a 65in tv. Almost 3 months later….where the Hell is my tv.
