I had to drop through hoops to get the promotion they offered me which was as a new customer you would receive a 65in tv. Almost 3 months later….where the Hell is my tv.

Pretty helpful in the store, had a decent experience. The phone calls every month or two since my purchase asking about upgrading and whatnot have been a little much. Then the sales call I got at 9pm was just in poor taste. Will probably go elsewhere

I had a great experience with Chris, who helped me tremendously with all the questions I had dealing with the purchase a new phone. Chris was extremely helpful by being patient, knowledgeable(with ALL aspects of the phone and computer) with transferring over my apps to the new phone . I had problems with passwords to transfer over and he was able to solve my problems ! I think he is a great asset to the Verizon store....Thank you !!

Called this store asked for a specific phone, I was told there was over 20 in stock, drove to the store (10minutes) , I was then told they sold out hours ago.. asked the manager to check other stores for that phone, he said it was not available, he placed an order for the phone, when I left I called another store and they had plenty- went to the other store and was unable to order unless I cancelled the other order- customer service said the store that ordered it needed to cancel it- I then called the first store and were so rude and refused to cancel the order complete nightmare DO NOT GO TO NORTH PROVIDENCE STORE !!!!

I would like to thank Steve for all the help that he provided when I bought a new phone. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining about the phone and was very persistent and patient to make sure that everything was done correctly. His expertise and professionalism is exemplary. A shout out to Willie who is also a professional of the same high caliber. Verizon is very fortunate to have such people on their staff of employees.

I had to purchase a new phone since my old one was a seven plus and was having problems. I saw Matt that took the time to explain everything on the new 13 iPhone I bought. I had many questions and he took the time with me.I had to call him a couple of times and he was very gracious and extremely helpful. I went into the store this morning and he wrote down directions that he showed me yesterday for a problem I had no idea how to solve. I saw him with other customers and he had patience, took time , explained , wrote things down , and was very friendly yet professional and he went above and beyond. Matt is an amazing asset to any Verizon store. He assured me if I had any more questions don’t hesitate to call him. I was very happy I had Matt.

There's a lot of things in this world that I don't love doing, shopping for cellphones is one of them. However, I have a really great experience here, specifically working with Steve. Not only did he help me get exactly what I wanted (Hello, Pink Iphone of my dreams!) he actually wound up saving me a couple dollars on my bill too! Highly recommend!!

Had a terrible experience. I was switching phone carriers and went into this store in North Providence. I traded in my phone to a service representative as part of a promotion to get a new phone for free. My bill now says I bought the phone outright and never gave a trade in. Verizon corporate never received the phone I traded in. I spoke to the service team at North Providence to resolve this issue and no one would help. They treated me like I was a nuisance and basically told me nothing we can do about it now. Very unhappy with the result. Hope this does not happen to anyone else!

This is the place to go specifically to get help from Derek. My purchases were made in June and I waited to write this review to see my Verizon bills for the next 2 months to make sure they match what Derek told me and they do. My thanks goes to Derek for all he taught me: about phone batteries and chargers, keeping devices in the best shape and when and how to trade up for it to make the most sense financially. Derek was so respectful and answered questions I felt silly asking in the past. I feel empowered about my tech side of life after working with Derek. It’s nice to know I have my BFF phone guy now and I won’t go anywhere else!

I had so many issues over the course of three days trying to change services from T-Mobile to Verizon. Matt, Nicole, and Derrick from the mineral spring branch in north Providence RI were the absolute BEST representatives ever. They walked me through every step, through hours and days of complications that weren't their fault, and finally got me across the finish line to being a full Verizon customer. I have never been more satisfied with a service until now. I swear everyone there needs a pay raise and a steak dinner! Thank you for all of your help Matt, Nicole and Derrick!
