I wasn’t in the store no more then 2 minutes and the man with eyeglasses raised his voice at me and was extremely rhude! If you want to get yelled at like a little kid then bring him your watch.

Robert was clear, knowledgeable, and trustworthy in his approach to restoring my Movado. He identified the issues, communicated his steps and the cost, and prepared me for the care to sustain the timepiece. I’ve visited other independent watch repair entities in the past, but will return to Robert for work large and small going forward.

Incredibly honest. Cleaned and properly installed my battery, as it was not anchored correctly. Initially placed in by jeweler.
I will never make that mistake again! He really could have took me for a ride.
Trustworthy, fairly priced, and competent beyond...will always return and you should as well.

Incredible service and pricing! Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my Movado from Kays who wanted $140 to replace the battery and they have to send it out, it takes about 1 week. Robert did it in 5 minutes and charged me $20. I will be back with any watch repairs or needs moving forward. Thanks again for your help!

Came in with a watch that needed fixing, i lost the back piece that holds the battery. The first thing he said to me was oh I can’t fix this watch that comes from china!!. When in reality is a tous brand watch costs 400 dollars, anyways i left and went to another watch store that can help me and they did. They went above and beyond and made a battery holder for my watch. Now i can wear my watch. So i came here to leave a bad review because this shop did not help me!.

I've been taking my 2 Tag watches to Bob at Watchworks for about 15 years now and I couldn't be happier with the services here. I found him after a local jeweler changed my battery and gave me back my watch with a loose dial that they had to send out to be fixed (thankfully on their dime). Most of the time I've just had my batteries changed but I've also had a few repairs (broken crown, ratchets, pins) over the years and everything is always fixed perfectly and punctually. He even came in on a Sunday to get my watch back to me without me even asking. The owner is highly knowledgeable and is passionate about timepieces and this comes through in his work. He will explain anything you want to know in as much detail as you want to hear.

Bob knows what he's doing. If you're shopping around, don't waste your time (and his) because he's not going to beat anyone's prices. I've paid more for service on my watch (1997 TAG Heuer Kirium) than the watch is worth. However, I'll say the same thing about Watchworks that many of my clients have said about my remodeling company, "I know I paid more than I could have, but I keep returning for service for the peace of mind I get from knowing the work is being done properly". I wouldn't take an expensive watch anywhere else.

Highly recommend. I had a Grand Seiko 6146 from the 70s that he was able to fix the automatic winding function. He even showed me the part that showed it winding in both directions. I emailed earlier in the week too see if it was something he could assist with and he was very accommodating. I am glad to have found a watchmaker that I can bring my watches to and will recommend to friends/family.

I brought my Citizens Eco Drive watch in for service. I dropped it and the hour hand was no longer synced. He took it right in and had it ready in about half an hour. Great service!
