I frequent this store often and usually I never have a bad experience. However today (10/7/2) I called to ask why the pharmacy was closed today. I was told by someone named Jennifer that there was a medical emergency with the pharmacist and by law it can't stay open for that reason. Before I had a chance to speak she said "Okay? Bye" which I found to be very abrupt, as though she was trying to hang up as soon as possible. I then had to quickly ask my next question which was whether that was to be all day or not, since I wanted to know whether I would need to make other arrangements to get my prescription that was due to be filled today. The store staff needs to be a little more courteous on the phone with a customer.

Where do I even begin, not only is the store never stocked, the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The service is horrible and majority of the staff have no clue what they're even doing. Corporate needs to get involved. I am surprised they have not being a chain like Walgreens. I will be switching pharmacies because I've had enough of this.

They have some very good staff! I was checking out with my 5 year old and the cashier (Nadira was her name) gave plenty of compliments and was sure to make her customers laugh. When I handed her a $2 bill she was shocked and started conversation about it. Great service. I come here all the time and it definitely has great staff! I will continue to shop here!

They need to get their act together. The store itself is okay. It's clean, staff is friendly and hours of operation are good. There is something that very much needs to have attention. The aisle that has the bread, nuts, and canned items has been cleaned out and bare since 2 weeks ago when there was concern over a snow storm. Nothing has since been restocked. The rest of the store shelves are adequately stocked. This is clearly a management issue.

We picked up my prescriptions, when I got home I removed them from the bags and one was 60 short. I immediately called the store. I was on hold for twenty minutes, when they answered I explained the issue I was put on hold. She came back on and told me to bring the bottle back and they would fix it. I then stated this was unacceptable to be waiting on hold for twenty minutes and didn't they have anyone checking the prescription. She started yelling at me that she was the only one there (not my fault). I mentioned I was going to change to CVS, to which she replied good go to CVS.

The pharmacy at this location has been closed for a long time. The shelves are usually well stocked. There are very seldom staff walking around the store. The only people working there seem to be those at the cash register and they're nice enough but they're busy waiting on customers.Walgreens needs to make a decision --- breathe life into this store and keep it open OR close it and direct people to the store at the corner of Mineral Spring and Charles OR the store down on Admiral Street. This store is large and well lit and has very roomy aisles and a big parking lot. It doesn't seem like Walgreens really cares about this location.

Watched a cashier embarrass a woman for tearing her receipt off the computer. Stating she would jam it and not to do it in the future. I couldn't stand quiet and said that's true you need to go to Walgreens college to learn that. Shelves are always picked through and empty, place is filthy, and prices are insulting on beverages. But who needs to buy juice and ginger ale when they are sick? It's hit or miss with employees don't expect to be asked if you are finding everything you need as they speed walk by you. With one exception a little manager who never learned to tie a tie. He will hover over you and follow you like hawk. I am guessing I have a thief vibe. Shaws has a pharmacy and non high fructose beverages. Go there. Unless your Doctor suggest Rushing roaring water tsunami punch with .02 percent real juice.

This Walgreens takes online Covid vaccine appointments for weekends, even though it doesn't offer vaccines on weekends! No signage in the store indicating otherwise. They allow people to waste valuable time expecting to get their vaccine, only to let them sit and wait in the store with no pharmacy staff on hand. The response from the store employee...it's a corporate issue, nothing we can do about it. Pretty sad answer and policy during a pandemic.

There should be an option for zero stars or negative rating. This review is strictly about the quality of photo printing services at Walgreens. It is not about any one store but rather about the computer program that Walgreens uses. This program automatically crops photos and chops off parts of the photo that you expect to see printed. I have complained many times, even to the corporate office, but complaints at Walgreens corporate level fall on deaf ears. I have used chat and called the 800 number. I have found that customer service reps are either badly trained or down right lazy. There seems to be no way to get through to Walgreens. I have continued to print photos at Walgreens because it is convenient to me but the computer program needs serious upgrading.

This Has To Be THE WORST Pharmacy Known To All Of Man Kind!! They are struggling with their staff, they are utterly disorganized, they admit that they can't keep up with their customers. After much disappointment we are leaving and switching Pharmacies all together.

The store itself is fine, but pharmacy may have issues, with phone waits often 25 minutes or longer (twice I have put the phone down on speaker!). A recent mis-comunication between my PCP's office and this pharmacy resulted in a wait of 12 days for me to get the meds, with no clear communication of why and me showing up at the store daily expecting my meds. My doctor's office (I've been a patient there for years) even called me at home about it, but according to Walgreen's never returned calls to them. I'm hoping this is just the result of seriously pressured times (Covid!) so I'll hang on to this pharmacy, however maybe they need to hire more staff on the pharmacy side.

Based on the previous reviews I was slightly confused if I was in the wrong store. This isn't a bad location. Store is fairly clean, items are easy to find. Staff if you need help are very helpful. The prices here are comparable to other chain pharmacies in the area. Lots of parking and good hours.

This Walgreens Pharmacy (used to be Rite Aid) always has a wait at the window for long periods of time, like over 15 minutes, even after pushing the button twice and no one even answered to let me know someone will be right with me. The wait time over the phone is the same way, very long wait times, I was on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on! I had to call back and sit on hold for another 22 minutes!! Completely unacceptable. Also unfortunately some of staff members are rude (Katie), I was given an attitude from her for no reason at all. There are patients who are on serious medications and don't need to be treated poorly, you never know what someone is dealing with health wise. This pharmacy seems extremely understaffed. However, on a positive note, Maria was super nice and helpful! Unfortunately I am switching and will not be returning. Customer Service is very important to me no matter what field of work your in!

The regular part of the store is pretty good, and the people working there are very polite. The pharmacy however is a mess. Every month when I refill my children's medication I am well aware that I am about to embark on a journey of pharmaceutical purgatory. It takes almost a week every time. They are straight up are not paying attention at work, or they are not properly trained on the system cause the overlooking mistakes they make should stand out pretty quickly. They have also completely skipped over and forgotten about requests that I have called and asked for. Walgreens, you are doing a great job advertising for CVS.
