“Since the building we are in is pretty new they haven't set up the shared mailbox yet. Because of that we need to go to the post office quite regularly to check if we have mail. Usually the samr guy (will update when I get is name) who is always very nice. It's nice having a local friendly neighborhood post office a couple of blocks away with a friendly staff.”

“So, I just moved to North Providence and had to google the nearest post office. When I saw the bad reviews, I was driving there wondering what my experience would be like. Well, when I arrived there, I stood in a line of only 2 people, and noticed the clerk was very friendly and outgoing. When it was finally my turn, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. “This isn't a bad post office. The whole USPS needs to be reevaluated. I pay for a post office box so I can get my mail when I am spending the summers at a campground because the post office will not deliver to the campground. So I pay for the box and they fill it with junk mail because the post office is paid to deliver junk mail. I have the app to show me if I am getting any useful mail which happens about 4 times a year, but I have to periodically drive to the post office to clean out the junk mail and put it in the huge bin they offer for all of the post office box holders to throw out junk mail. So I'm paying for a box for the post officeto get paid to put junk mail in, and the advertisers are paying for ads that get only a brief glance as they are tossed in the trash. And yet somehow the USPS loses money every year and the taxpayers have to bail them out because the gummint thinks the mail system is necessary.”
“I have a question I'm not even sure if you can answer it I had ordered some items to which they said it was delivered but I never got it or signed for it the driver told them he left it at the post office what can I do to see if it's thee I don't have a tracking number I just have a message saying if I didn't get my packages to check with the post office.”

Technically speaking the guy who gave someone tape can get in a lot of trouble so it would be best if you got over $4... Or just prepared your package ahead of time.”

“Very friendly and helpful ladies working the counter. Never encountered any problems. They are so nice. Sometimes there is only 1 working and the line is long but I am happy to wait because of those nice ladies. They do their jobs the best they can. How USPS staffs their location is out of their abilities. There is also self serve at this location from printing QR label to ship the package if you don’t want to wait.”
