I have purchased 2 horse trailers from Tourbillon Trailers and use them to service them as well. They have always gotten our trailers in and fixed quickly. They are honest and upfront and their customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend!

Recently bought a 7x14 pj dump trailer from them, very pleased with everything. The purchase process was quick and seamless. From the financing to the registration they handled it all. trailer has been amazing to work with, however Couple weeks in we did experience a controller issue, we called tourbillion on a Thursday, they had us in on that friday morning , and the controller completely swapped out under warranty within an hr. I appreciated their sense of urgency as downtime is costly in our business. Highly recommended will definitely be buying with them again

We purchased a 14' dump trailer for our business two years ago. It has been a huge benefit to our business. We recently brought the trailer in for routine servicing under our service plan and are very pleased with the results. Scheduling was easy, service was friendly and prompt and all of our issues were addressed. Highly recommend!!

beware of hidden fees. When i bought my trailer from them I ended up paying almost $1000 more than the quote stated. Quotes should include fees. Other than that pleasant experience buying a trailer. Would be nice if they check in on their customers to see how they liked their trailer. Sems like they just take your money and see ya later.

We bought a PJ Trailer dump trailer from Tourbillon and are very pleased. Mike was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. It was worth our trip from CT. I wish we could remember the name of the woman who did the paperwork and the man who prepped the trailer for us so we could give them kudos also. She was very helpful and explained everything and didn’t mind when we changed our mind in the middle of things. And the man who prepped the trailer was kind and explained things as he readied the trailer. Everyone was very friendly, and we appreciated being treated with respect. We also think we bought a good quality trailer at a fair price! Thank you Tourbillon

Easy! Called set appointment got right in and back in the road. Had to replace the springs for my tilting enclosed snowmobile trailer.
Very nice and friendly staff as well as the dudes in back turning wrenches.
If I have anymore issues I will definitely be back for more service.

This place is incredible, I ordered a trailer on Jan 5 2024 and within 3 weeks my trailer was in and exactly the way I ordered it. The salesman was great to deal with and talk too. I recommend anyone buying a trailer to come here.
