My husband and I were helped by Nickolas, and he was truly amazing. From the moment we walked in, he gave us his full attention, went above and beyond for us, and genuinely cared about helping us get the absolute best deal possible. They close at 6 PM, yet he stayed well past closing time to help us sort out some issues — and the rest of the staff stayed too. That alone says everything about the kind of people they are.
Everyone we interacted with was so kind, patient, and welcoming. You can feel that they’re like a family there, and they treat their customers the same way. It honestly made the whole experience stress-free and actually enjoyable.
I 100% recommend Anchor Subaru in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. If you go there, you will NOT be disappointed — they truly care.

I found the 2022 Forester Touring with all the features I was looking for advertised online at Anchor Subaru. There was absolutely no pressure after I scheduled an appointment to test drive it. I told the salesman, Peter, what price I was looking for my Crosstrek trade in and to buy the Forester. He and the Anchor Subaru managers worked with to get the deal I was very satisfied with. I drove home the same afternoon in my like new Forester Forester.
I highly recommend Anchor Subaru.

I really like the people here (switched up from Balise in Warwick after a…situation, we’ll call it). Always doing good work. Only thing I’ve run into is that I have a tire that has had a slow leak in it forever, and even though I’ve got bumper to bumper on it, they’ve never replaced the rim (we’ve swapped out everything else, and the leak follows the rim when they rotate my tires, so it’s 100% that). Otherwise, it’s a really good place.
