I arrived and at first I was lost and confused on where my storage unit would be. But once I walked inside I was helped immediately and brought straight to my storage unit and shown where I can access the elevator for all my belongings! What a staff over there very polite, fast, and efficient. Give John extra credit.

If you are in the market for any storage needs I recommend Storage Rentals of America. They advocated for me and did their due diligence in making sure that I had the support needed due to my unfortunate circumstances.
They made sure to communicate with me during the entire process and answered any questions I had, as well as having extremely friendly staff, empathetic representatives. They gave me peace of mind during a difficult time in my life. Thank you SRA!
